Spectacular view and comfortable studio

We spent 4 nights in the studio with a 2.5 years old child and it was perfect. The view is incredible, the studio is well equipped. The bedroom is really dark, my daughter could easily sleep even in the afternoon. An amazing playground is 5 min. away but the beach itself is just front of the door.

Comfortable studio with an amazing view!

Very comfortable little apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. Easy check in and check out (keys left in a lock box). Stephanie promptly answered all my questions. Directly on the beach/promenade, perfect if you want to walk or run. Around 30-40 mins walk from town centre, which was perfect for me (there’s also a trap stop less than 5 mins away). There was also a lovely welcome package waiting for me, a small bottle of cava, some crisps and biscuits. Thank you!

Very early check out time, especially considering that guests are requested to take off the used bed linen, empty dishwasher and bring trash to the basement. I believe these things should be covered by the cleaning fee. Apartment was clean, except the carpet at the door and numerous cobwebs over the balcony door. But despite these small remarks, I’d happily stay there again.

The view from the 7th floor is stunning, the studio is (per definition) quite small for a family of four, yet extremely well designed to fit in 2 queen size bunk beds and the host is hyper reactive.

Cleaning could greatly be improved (vacuum clean under furniture, manage lingering smell of old cigarette) and extra equipment in the kitchen would be helpful (bowls, microwave,...)

fijne attentie bij aankomst. Alles was aanwezig en alles was zeer netjes. De verduisterende gordijnen zijn top. Het zwembad blijft ook een topper. Goede communicatie!

Alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht, schön dekoriert, nettes, sauberes Studio. Gratis Parking unweit in der Acacialaan. Direkt an der Strandpromenade. Netter Kontakt mit den Inhabern. Gerne wieder!

La vue sur mer au 7ième étage.. Piscine impeccable. L'équipement de la cuisine au top. La douche très agréable . La réactvité de la propriétaire et le cadeau de bienvenue.

L' inconfort des lits aux matelas défoncés. L'alcôve dans laquelle ils se trouvent;sans aération,poussiereuse,allergisante.Propreté douteuse.Poils,insectes morts,saletés. Nous avons donc ouvert le divan pour y dormir.La base était pleine de petits déchets,beaucoup de poussières et ongles. Le tour de la table était collant et des mies de pain étaient autour et sous le pied. Nous avons passé 2heures à mettre tout cela en ordre. Pourtant,50 euros de frais de nettoyage étaient compris dans la location!!

Het ene minpuntje was de matras van het bed leek haast een soort luchtbed ! Slechte matras voor 2 volwassen mensen

Voor een kort verblijf is dit een perfecte locatie

Het inchecken verliep feilloos. We kregen de dag van aankomst alle informatie die nodig was: sleutels in kluisjes en de bijpassende code. Hierdoor kon je ook na het normaal voorziene uur van inchecken, toegang hebben tot de kamer. Perfect zo. Ook de kamer was zeer ruim, bijzonder proper en fantastisch uitzicht (zevende verdieping aan zeezijde). Leuk om een kleine versnapering en flesje schuimwijn te vinden die klaarstond. Er is inderdaad een bakker om de hoek (geen 50 m wandelen). Die bakker is al om 0700 u open, wat het halen van een ontbijt makkelijk maakt. Voorts alle benodigdheden om maaltijd te bereiden aanwezig. Ook vlakbij een tramhalte en parkeerplaatsen. Dus perfect.

Niets om over te klagen.

De locatie, en de verzorgde studio waaraan niets te kort deed! De mogelijkheid om uit te gaan eten of een leuke avond zelf te koken als stel is een uitstekende optie. Exact wat wij zochten!

Het kleine balkon. Dat was wel jammer want we konden niet zitten (wel staan) om bijvoorbeeld samen te genieten van een prachtige zonsondergang.

Een fijn verwelkomen in het appartement na een dagje aan zee. Het was zeer praktisch ingedeeld met veel ruimte op een klein oppervlakte. Vlot contact met de verhuurder is ook aangenaam.

Studio très confortable avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour un week-end. Emplacement super! Et que dire de la vue sur la mer ! Très bonne communication et aucun problème pour le check in. Beaucoup de stationnements gratuits dans les rues alentour. C'est sûr, on reviendra!

L'emplacement était top. Près d'une plaine sur le sable pour les enfants et parking possible (payant) au pied de l'immeuble. Hôtes agréables et ascenseur assez spacieux pour une poussette.

Les frais de ménage étant de 50€, j'espérais plus que ce qui est proposé. Il y avait des cheveux, de la poussière et des petites crasses partout (ainsi que sur les lits). La télé ne fonctionnait pas (son mais pas image) J'aurais aimé savoir qu'il n'y avait pas de tapis de douche ni dans la salle de bain afin d'en prévoir.
