Location, comfortable apartment

Check in time 4pm very late and check out tine 10:00 very early. A note to the owner: shower can easily overflow, it should be checked, and dishwasher is not releasing the washing powder blocks, they stay in the small compartment after the washing cycle is done.

location, facilities including bathroom and kitchen and other furniture, but maintenance needs more effort

The bed linen was not properly cleaned. The duvet had hair from previous occupants (photo below) and the linen had a very bad smell, mostly likely because the linen were not changed/washed but only done up before our arrival. The situation was communicated to the host, who promised to deliver fresh linen on the second day but failed to do so even after reminder in the morning. We removed the duvet and cover and kept it in the closet as the smell was unbearable and had to sleep without it with window open making for a uncomfortable sleep. We ended up cutting our trip short and not staying the second night as we couldn't bear it.

Excellent stay, at an excellent location. Full value for money

One of the best hotels or stays I have stayed at.... 5/5 across all.. Location, facility, cleanliness, ease to check in... Kudos for everything,

The below are not really dislikes, but a minor improvement is required. 1. Shower can have shower curtains, water is coming to dry area while bathing. 2. TV was not working (I mean not operational, some keys were not operative in remote to screenshare, I am not sure if I don't know how to operate) 3. parking instructions was not that clear. But all these are very very minor compared to other good things about property

Ons verblijf was niet naar verwachting want we hadden gevraagd geen gelijkvloersstudio.

Er was geen ontbijt.

De aankomst om binnen te kunnen. We stonden daar met 3 koppels met dezlfde problemen om binnen te geraken. Met behulp van andere huurders is het dan wel gelukt.

Ik kan gewoon echt niks bedenken wat mij is bevallen.

Vreselijk verblijf en slechte klantenservice. Het slaapbed is kapot en zeer dunne matras, de douche overstroomt, slecht schoongemaakt, ze reageren alleen maar waarop ze willen reageren Overal staat “laat weten als je de vuilnis opgehaald wil hebben” dan app ik en krijg ik als antwoord “je mag het in het appartement laten want we halen het pas op aan het einde. 7 dagen met vuilniszakken in het appartement gezeten, wat al Een kleine ruimte is. Geen handdoeken wisselen dus 7 dagen met dezelfde handdoek, geen vaatdoek, poetsdoekje oud en vies, dweil oud en vies. Kapotte messen, pannen enz. Dikke lagen stof en spinnenwebben in de studio. Als je voor rust komt moet je hier echt niet zijn!! De muren zijn heel dus dus je hoort heel de dag alles wat er op de gang gebeurd. Er spelen veel kinderen op de gang. Je ligt tegenover de lift deze hoor je heel de dag en nacht piepen.zelfs met oordoppen in klinkt het alsof de mensen in je appartement lopen en kletsen. Er komt veel licht door de deur heen. In de nacht ging er van allerlei geluid af via de buizen. Dit gemeld is niks mee gedaan. Heb heel de nacht wakker gelegen hierdoor.

- appartement vraiment pas propre ( siphon de douche pas nettoyé depuis au moins plusieurs semaines ) - photo avec vue mer mais de notre appartement la terasse donnait sur la rue - pas de vrai lit ! Uniquement un canapé lit horrible ! Nous n’avons presque pas dormi. - lits non faits à l’arrivée - pot de sel vide dans une armoire …

Wij waren onze vakantie vreselijk begonnen. Wij hadden namelijk ik de Haan vossenslag park atlantis eerst geboekt. Kwamen daaraan, alles stonk, douche afgebroken,...kortom echt niet leefbaar. Gelukkig vond ik dit last minute... En overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Eigenlijk klein beetje hotelvibe : verse lakens,handdoeken,zeep,vaatwasser,.... alles ter uw beschikking gelijk hotelkamer, zelfs een zwembad. Wij waren echt in de wolken, onze vakantie was gered en lagen net buiten oostende centrum dus uit de drukte.

1 minpuntje was de slaapbank: te dunne matras en piepte heeeel fel. Ik ben lichte slaper, dus direct wakker. Maar is iets wat aanpasbaar is en was ook het minste van mijn zorgen. Ik heb het nu een 8 op 10 gegeven, moesten ze het bed aanpassen is het ZEKER een 10 op 10 waard

Séjour parfait à la mer du nord!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet établissement. Nous avons loué l'appartement deux chambres au 6ème étage qui correspondait bien aux photos publiées. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé (casseroles, poêles, four/micro-ondes), joliment décoré et possède une terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Il se trouve tout près d'un arrêt de tram et en face de la plage de Mariakerke, qui n'est qu'à 2/3 km du centre d'Ostende. Celle-ci est moins fréquentée que celle d'Ostende et dispose d'une aire de jeu pour les enfants. La piscine chauffée était un véritable plus, nous y sommes allés à deux reprises. L'établissement dispose également d'un parking. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement pour des vacances à la mer en famille.

Tolle Wohnung

Es war eine schöne Wohnung, zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt, man musste nur über die Straße gehen. Toll war, dass man direkt in der Tiefgarage kostenlos parken konnte 👍. Die Wohnung hatte schöne Größe und war gut ausgestattet.

Es war alles super. Ich hätte mir nur mehr Kleiderbügel gewünscht.

Les vitres n’étaient pas propres du tout. Avec une vue sur mer c’est vraiment dommage. Un évier n’était pas fonctionnel. Un nettoyage en profondeur est nécessaire de temps en temps… les poêles doivent être remplacées.

Franchement pas ouf, nous ne reviendrons pas

A notre arrivée nous avons remarqué que les poussières fesaient partie de la déco, il y en a partout. Nous étions 3 et il n'y a qu'une tasse pour le café. Un verre à vin cassé et 2 coupes à champagne. La vaisselle était sale, nous avons du tout mettre dans le lave vaisselle. La douche n'évacue pas l'eau & ça fuite sur le côté de la vitre. Il n'y a pas de cendrier. La terrasse est agréable mais il y a énormément de passage vu que nous sommes a côté de la porte d'entrée. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit, une dame est venue nettoyer le couloir à 5h30 du matin & a cogné contre la porte

C'était chouette

L'emplacement très bien vue sur la mer , les lits étaient confortable, le bâtiment est silencieux. Le personnel est très réactif j'ai eu un soucis à l'arrivée pour trouvé l'appartement et la dame m'as bien orienté. Nous reviendront très certainement il y a également les draps de lit et essuies de bain.

Juste la propreté qui est à revoir , niveau sol et fenêtres et meubles.
