late check-in time and earlier check-out time, check-out at 10 am, but, according to the rules of living in apartments, you also have to clean up after yourself. throw out the garbage, remove the bed linen, wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher, for this you need to wake up early, and leave the room at 10 already. and I would rather enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the sea. cleaning is included in the room rate. we conscientiously cleaned the apartment and spent an hour on it in the morning. there is also no lock in the bathroom and if you are a big company it will be uncomfortable.

Loved the apartment. The location is great and the apartment is clean and well kept. It is comfortable and the host welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine and snacks, really appreciated it. Would recommend a stay!

the property was very clean on arrival, the host was very helpful in advance of our arrival. the location was great and the view incredible. our children loved the double bunk bed and the whole apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed supplied.

Great Place!

The hostess was very helpful and checked us in smoothly. It was easy to find the place plus parking was easy to find. I love that the studio was right on the beach. The place was very clean and gave relaxing vibes. Great place for the families to enjoy!

Would be nice if there was a extra sheet and blanket for the couch pull out bed. But it did not effect the pleasant time for me.

J’ai trouvé l’espace lit un rien exigu, certes confortable mais le lit superposé est très proche du plafond. Cela m’a un peu écrasé.

Top Lage. Direkt am Strand. Tram Haltestelle gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäckerei direkt nebenan. Und die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Vermieterin jederzeit per whats App zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Winterauszeit am Meer.

Der Meerblick ist wunderschön, die Lage ist ruhig, der Flughafen in der Nähe ist nicht hörbar, die Wohnung eignet sich gut für eine Winterauszeit, Ausflüge nach Brügge und Gent sind mit dem Auto oder der belgischen Bahn gut zu organisieren. Der Fischmarkt von Ostende ist täglich geöffnet.

Studio sympa , belle vue , mais communication inadéquate qui a gâché le sejour !

La vue sur mer ( c’est d’ailleurs pour ça qu’on l’a choisi )

Une très mauvaise communication et l’inadéquation du logement pour une seule nuit : - on demande à 2 reprises quand nous arrivons et donc j’arrive dans le créneau horaire convenu - il est précisé que quelqu’un nous accueillera : arrivée début de soirée il n’y a personne . Je téléphone au numéro indiqué : personne ne répond - mon petit fils (12 ) et moi (70 ) sommes donc devant la porte - â force d’insister je reçois un Whatsap indiquant 2 boîtes à clefs - on finit par arriver dans ce studio : surprise , les lits ne sont pas faits et il faut donc escalader le gamin et moi pour faire le lit supérieur . - on découvre par la suite qu’il n’y a pas de savon douche , ni de savon pour la vaisselle , ni d’éponge â vaisselle : donc on file à toute allure au Delhaize avant la fermeture . En soi même ce n’est pas bien grave si on reste une semaine , on a le temps de s’équiper , mais pas pour 24 h : c’est assez courant dans les locations de gîte , mais en général c’est précisé - toutes les infos digitales sont en Angl/ Nl , alors qu’un taux important de francophones viennent à la côte : ouf , je suis trilingue … heureux hasard … - Et pour quitter tôt le matin, il faut défaire les lits et donc re- gymkhana . C’est un peu « Auberge de jeunesse » ce qui ne poserait pas de souci , mais pas à ce prix- là … Bref , une très mauvaise communication et c’est à se demander s’ils se sont rappelés qu’on arrive ce jour- lâ ?!

Zeer mooie, moderne 'studio' (met appartement gevoel want aparte slaapkamer). Zeer ruime en goede bedden. Heel mooi en gezellig interieur. Praktisch ingericht met alle benodigdheden Goede ligging. Presentje bij aankomst was fijne verrassing.

Voor ons was alles geweldig .. Het appartement , de locatie , de studio .. Alles is er voor een geweldig familieweekend.. Parking voor de deur voor een zeer gunstig tarief (0.10€. Per uur ) Rustig gelegen .. Geen lawaai of overlast van buren of eender wat.. De buurt is zeer proper en vriendelijk.. De deur uit wandelen en je hebt er een heerlijke bakker, om de draai een Delhaize & Carrefour en een tramhalte .. Goede bedden en kussens.. De indeling is prima.. Op voorhand had ik hier enkele negatieve beoordelingen gelezen die ik zeer onterecht vind want dit strookt volledig niet met de werkelijkheid.. Alles is hier top !

Heerlijk verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Wij zijn nooit eerder in Oostende geweest, maar dankzij ons verblijf in deze studio hebben we een heel fijne en bijzondere herinnering aan deze eerste keer. De studio was netjes en schoon, wat voor ons echt belangrijk is. Wat ons het meest beviel, was het prachtige uitzicht waar we de hele tijd van konden genieten. Daarnaast vonden wij het erg attent dat de eigenaar bij het uitchecken nog even persoonlijk gedag kwam zeggen. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra persoonlijk en vriendelijk. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en zouden deze studio zeker aanbevelen!

Prachtig appartement op de ideale plaats met prachtig uitzicht

Zo handig. Je komt aan wanneer je wil en ga je even naar het strand kan je de sleutels eventueel terug steken zodat je niet moet sleuren. Sleutelhanger of iets om sleutels makkelijker bij de houden was wel niet slecht.

Afzuiging badkamer deed weinig of niet. En jammer dat terras zo klein is. Mini stoeltje/zitkrukje had wel aangenaam geweest.

Top studio met prachtig uitzicht op zee.

Top locatie! Prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanop het tweede verdiep. Rustig gelegen maar toch kort bij voldoende eet en drankgelegenheden. Na een wandeling over de dijk in 15' in het centrum van Oostende. Wij hadden geweldig weer dat maakt het natuurlijk helemaal top.

correct mais je ne reviendrai plus en voiture à Ostende pour un séjour de plus d'une journée.

c'est cher pour ce que c'est. C'est plus petit que prévu. On nous annonce la possibilité de parker pour 6 euros la journée dans la rue, mais en saison haute on peut rester maximum 4 heures au même endroit, il faut bouger la voiture régulièrement.
