Property is in an excellent location, there is a tram and bus station where you have lines directly to Termini train station and city atractions. Was very clean and host was always available to help. Self check in tutorial was amazing.

Location is ok. Bus stop is right under the apartment and close to the main area of Trastevere. Not much to do around the apartment, though.

Too expensive for the kind of facilities offered. The water kettle was very dirty. The room was also very small for the price charged. The shower cubicle is so small that it can barely fit one person. They should charge much less for this apartment

We stayed here for 5 days and overall had a very good experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was functional and had everything we needed during our stay. The location in Trastevere was great — exactly what we wanted, with a lively atmosphere and many nice restaurants and cafés nearby. Even though it took some time to reach the main attractions in the city center, we specifically chose Trastevere because we wanted to stay in that area, so for us the location still deserves a very high rating. The host, Nino, was very professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few things that could be improved. The pillows were too low for our preference, and my friend also found the bed a bit hard (although that is of course very subjective). The biggest downside was that the towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned at all during the 5-day stay. After around 2–3 days the room started to feel quite dirty, so even one cleaning during the stay would have made a big difference. Our room was facing the main street, and it was extremely noisy, especially at night. Even earplugs did not help much.

Property is in a great location, easy to get to and from city centre. The kitchen/living area is great.

The shower was awful, the water pretty much dribbled out and as it is enclosed, there was mould everywhere and the beds weren’t very comfortable.
