On suite private spa ( jacuzzi, steam room, projector with speakers & home entertainment ) was really, really good. Casting your own music or movies was seamless. Very good experience, was my anniversary so they really made an effort.

Massimono Marc Valeria and all of the main desk staff were incredibly kind caring attentive helpful respectful in ways I haven't seen in all my 45 years of international traveling
Paolo and the entire bar staff also friendly and accommodating above and beyond expectations
Only the addition of a pool , and perhaps more food service hours, would have the experience even more perfect
