The cottage "Le Chalet" in La Boussac is a warm country house, ideally located 12 minutes from MONT-ST-MICHEL and 30 minutes from SAINT-MALO, DINARD, CANCALE, DINAN....
Magnificent walks by the sea (Pointe du Grouin, ramparts of St-Malo, hikes in the bay of MONT-ST-MICHEL...) or inland (Dinan, Fougères, Forest of Ville-Cartier....) with friends or family. Forest of Ville-Cartier 5 minutes away with pond, tree climbing, picnic area, children's games.... The landscape is magnificent in all seasons.
Equipped kitchen, cocooning living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms with beds made on your arrival for your comfort.
Bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 shower (towels provided) and washing machine.
WC in an independent room.
A games room with pool table/table football, various children's games.
The terrace is south facing with its fixed barbecue.
Small garden with lawn ideal for children and adults 😉.
