Accurate property description and photos, and good comms pre-stay. Also reasonably priced. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped converted barn with a huge garden. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. House is well-located to visit Brittany landmarks including St Malo, Dinan and (just over the boundary into Normandy) Mont St Michel - but you do need a car. Would definitely recommend.

Je voulais du calme, de la tranquillité et de l'espace, j'ai été exaucée.
Magnifique propriété avec un superbe cadre.
Les propriétaires sont adorables tout en restant discrets.

Our hosts lived in the adjacent property but were very discreet and helpful when needed. This house was in the middle of the countryside but close to the local town Dol de Bretagne handy for shops and restaurants .
We chose this property because of its location, close to a large campsite where our daughter and family were staying.. The house is very comfortable and roomy. We enjoyed a couple of family meals and barbecues together with my daughter’s family, there was plenty of room and place to play.

Belle maison, de beaux espaces, rénovée avec goût, bien équipée avec lave vaisselle lave linge etc
La maison est située à environ 30min de St Malo, du mont St Michel, de cancale
En pleine campagne donc au calme
Le propriétaire, à notre écoute, nous a fourni bûches de bois (au début du séjour) et même plats à tarte (qui nous manquaient)
Plusieurs inconvénients ont quand même ternis l expérience ;
- je reconnais ne pas avoir fait attention dans l annonce que l électricité est à notre charge, sur le principe je ne trouve rien à redire pck il faut responsabiliser les gens et respecter la planète
Sauf que dans une aussi grande maison avec une hauteur sous plafond, avec des radiateurs électriques et une cheminée qq peu récalcitrante à chauffer la pièce, disons que nous avons eu froid.
Si nous avions été que des adultes ca ne m aurait pas dérangé, mais avec des enfants c'est un peu limite
La facture au final n était pas si importante, pck nous sommes responsables et n avons pas laissé les chauffages allumés toute la journée à 25°, mais cela ajoute tout de même à la note finale, pour vous donner une idée nous avons payé 24 euro
- zone très au calme certes, mais effectivement complètement coupée du monde, pas de réseau téléphone (aucun service ou appel d urgence uniquement sur les téléphones)
Le propriétaire nous a fourni un spot de connexion Wi-Fi dont la connexion a fonctionné mais reste aléatoire par moments
- un autre inconvénient, en étant 4 adultes et 2 enfants, une seule salle de bain et un WC dans la salle de bain, ce n'est pas très pratique
En été la maison doit être très appréciée, mais en hiver prévoyez lainage et gros pulls
Et si vous avez envie de repos et de vous déconnecter des réseaux, c'est l endroit idéal !
