Thyphaine and Anthony are happy to welcome you to their Gîte "Cour du Bourg", a village house completely renovated in 2019 with a capacity of 6 people + 1 baby will seduce you with its charm, its calm and its proximity to the sea.
Our bright and comfortable cottage located in Cherrueix in the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, benefits from an ideal location 100 m from the beach, fishing ground on foot, sand yachting activities, playground for your children and the GR34 for hiking and cycling.
Starting point for your excursions in Cancale at 20 km, Mont Saint-Michel at 19 km, you will also enjoy the proximity of Dol de Bretagne at 8 km.
Come and discover our beautiful region: the ramparts of Saint-Malo, the Pointe du Grouin in Cancale, the city of Dinan and its historic district, Mont Saint Michel and other wonderful places.
On the first floor, large living room of 45m2:
- equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) open to the dining area
- living room with sofa + armchairs, smart TV, DVD player
- shower room with WC
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140x190 and a baby bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed of 140x190
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds of 90x190 that can be converted into a double bed
- A large relaxation area or reading area with sofa, small coffee table, poufs...
- A shower room with WC
You will appreciate the enclosed outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue available.
Private parking for 3 cars.
The cleaning is validated together upon your arrival and therefore not included in the price.

House was very clean, cozy, lots of room, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. We enjoyed kitchen and cooking dinner twice! Living room area was such a bonus and we were able to watch TV after dinner! Thank you for having Christmas tree, very nice!! Communication with host was excellent!! Gladly would come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well equipped house. The hosts were super friendly and there was nothing we were missing. The beach is only a 2mins walk from the house and it is still a quiet area. Mont Saint Michel and Saint-Malo are only roughly 30mins by car - both are definitely worth a visit. If you get the chance, try Char a voile - it is great fun for the whole family.
