A 1.5km from the sea and the first beaches of Cancal, sheltered in the heart of a peaceful and sunny valley, this renovated stone farmhouse of 100m2, built in the early 18th century, can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Outside, around the house, a beautiful walled garden of 300m2 with south-west facing terrace in the heart of a preserved environment and typical of the Emerald Coast combining greenery and stone, a parking space for three four cars.
In height behind the house and accessible by a staircase, a beautiful orchard of 800m2 planted with hazel, apple, plum, fig tree and other fruit trees.
On the ground floor, an open kitchen, a dining room, a living room around a beautiful stone fireplace, a bathroom with toilet, exposed beams.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, two with double bed (possibility to add a cot on request) and one with four bunk beds, a bathroom with toilet, exposed beams.
Kitchen equipment: gas hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster.
Interior equipment: washing machine, Bluetooth speaker, TV with Mi Box, DVD player.
