This charming, 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach getaway is just steps from San Diego’s golden shoreline! Light, bright, and full of coastal charm, this little slice of paradise is perfect for families, friends, or couples chasing the ultimate beach escape!

-Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
-Second Bedroom: Twin-over-double bunk bed
-This home has a maximum occupancy of 5 guests and can sleep 5 in beds, assuming two people share the double-size bed.
PARKING:
-Covered carport with room for 1 vehicle, or 2 vehicles parked tandem-style (size permitting)
THINGS TO NOTE:
-This home allows up to 1 dog (pet fee is $150 + tax).
-All occupants must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents.
-No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.
-Please note that the upstairs unit is separate and not included.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
-American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.
-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the rental. Good communication with the company. The rental was clean, but seemed to have a lot of fruit flies every day. They didn't really bother us. And be aware that the San Diego airport flight path is right over head, which made it loud at night when trying to sleep. And the AC unit does not turn on in the main bedroom, making it a little muggy when sleeping. However you are literally steps away from the beach which more than made up for the small issues. And the rental comes with beach chairs , boogie boards, footballs and other fun things to use at the beach. At the end of the day, our main goal was to be close to the beach , which this rental has to offer. We would stay there again!

This property is ok; much smaller than it appears in the photos. Beach gear is in poor shape and all needs to be replaced. The shower in the master bath had a slow drain leaving you standing in a couple inches of water. The kitchen was well equipped with ample plates, cups and cooking utensils. Location is great, only a few steps from the beach and in a nice quiet area of mission beach.
