Oceanfront Condo with Front Patio, Gas Grill, Fire Pit - Prime Location!!

Really loved the spacious bottom floor of a three-floor condo - barely heard the people upstairs, great considering that they had children! The windows and insulation are great, barely hear the planes that have a flight path nearby - and when outside, you get used to it quickly. The outdoor area was well maintained and clean, the fire pit worked and was quite warm - the table with umbrella is included in the bottom property - we were worried that it was for the other floors, but they are owned separately - items provided were appreciated - trash bags, some toilet paper, paper towels, and there were plenty of plates and silverware, glasses and pans - the coffee maker uses coffee or k-cups I believe - also a coffee grinder is in the condy - there was a garage for the car - tight fit but most cars will fit! Plenty of room behind the car to store up to 6 bikes I'd say if you bring them - don't have to keep them in the condo! Dishwasher was a bonus, with pods included - it was also quite nice to have the washer/dryer in the condo - convenient - can run after a day of fun - kitchen well appointed - unfortunately my husband wanted to use it way too often instead of eating out! Half mile from the coaster. I was afraid we would be too far south for any foot traffic, but we had plenty of foot traffic, only rowdy on Saturday (as the boardwalk will be lol) and not as rowdy as further north - can view the volleyball nets in front of the condo - really cant say enough good things about this place - closest coffee, mex food, pizza, deli sandwiches, bar etc. were 1/3 mile - really easy to walk or ride bikes - definitely LOCK YOUR BIKES in Mission and Pacific Beach! ALWAYS! Would stay here again. LOVED IT!
