Al was great, very responsive to any issues that came up. And you can’t beat the proximity to beach and bay. Just one issue that was out of his control. There was a construction project going on right outside the window with beeping vehicles all day long. Would have a appreciated a heads up before check in.

This is our second year renting this beach house. The location is perfect. 30 seconds to the beach. A 10 minute walk down to Belmont Park and a short drive to all our favorite local eateries and coffee shops. The house is large and the price pretty reasonable for a 3 bed 3 bath house that close to the beach. Yes it could use a little updating but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. We would rent this particular place again.

We spend time in Mission Beach each year with the family and this was perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of room, good set up, the best location and best of all it was exceptionally clean! Nothing fancy, just well kept, nice, and comfortable. Location was perfect, close to beach and bay. Parking: no problems with our Jeep Compas and son in law easily backed in Honda Pilot. Boogie boards, chairs, beach items for kids. Had to figure out the A/C but worked great. Al, the owner was very responsive and good to communicate with. P.S. there is a cabinet behind the stools where you will find some nice kitchen appliances including an electric can opener! We have all agreed that this is the place for us. Looking forward to booking this next year.

Ideal for 3 couples because of 3 full baths and plenty of gathering space inside and outside. About 4 blocks away was an overnite parking lot for excess vehicles. Parking is usually an issue in mission but the parking lot always had space. Kitchen was well equipped and pans were in great condition

Very nice property that is convenient to beach and bay. We were in town for my son's retirement from the Navy and the location was perfect. Al was a great host and even made special arrangements for our 12 passengers bus parking. Parking is a premium and the tandem garage was nice for my son's car when he visited. I would highly recommend this property when you are visiting San Diego.

Right on the boulevard, just a few steps to the beach. Lots of room nicely furnished. Due to unforeseen events, we could not have our family there, but friends joined us for dinner and a night. Everything was as advertised ot better. Parking is tricky at first, but easy after you learn the ropes.

This property is in a great location! Minutes (walking on semi private pathway) to the beach in one direction, and the bay in the other. Close enough to food places and Belmont Park to walk. Three full baths a plus, although 1st floor shower can run out of hot water. Okay if you are quick! Bathrooms all updated and are very nice! Had a flat tire on one of the provided bikes, and the owner was quick to respond. Some of the furnishings are a bit older, but this is a Family Friendly rental, not the Ritz!! A great value for the price! 2 car tandem garage is good for mid size or smaller vehicles. We parked our SUV in it the 1st night, but then opted for street parking after, because it was just a bit too tight. Would definately stay here again!

This property is nice for a beach rental. As other reviewers have said, it is close to the street so you get some street noise. Not a problem for us as we sleep with a noise machine. A 2 minute walk to the beach which was super convenient. Lots of space for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids. Perfect size. Kitchen didn't have really any extras besides salt and pepper. Fridge was HUGE! Tandem garage worked for our 2 full size cars. Would have been nervous to have SUVs. Laundry does require coins. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Overall, we had what we needed. The good part is it’s roomy, close to the beach, and a full kitchen. Few minor things we did not expect. The friend who stayed in one of the bedrooms upstairs did not have TP in the bathroom. There is a consistent of smell throughout our stay, the blinds are dirty, esp. the ones on the front door. There is also problems with the hot water in the downstairs shower. It ran out of hot water after a few minutes. The garage is VERY narrow. We have a midsize car and had a hard time getting in and out of the car once we parked.

This place was perfect for a friends Group trip to SD. Was very clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions and just a minute walk to the beach! Comfortable beds and the 3 full baths was clutch. The only slight issue was there was only a half roll of extra toilet paper so we had to buy our own when 2 bathrooms ran low/out. Not sure if that has happened before but it wasn’t a big deal at all. I highly recommend this place and am already thinking of booking it again!

This property was such a great time and super location. Took the family for Christmas and had a super great time. Location was great. Communication was great. It has bikes avaliable but they are rusted up and not to good for riding. It is what all rentals do down there because of the them getting ripped off. If you like riding the bikes take your own or you can rent them. Super fun to ride bikes on the board walk. Bike paths all around the bay. We will definitely be renting this place again. Soon I hope.
