About this apartment rental
Structure:
Apollo & Diana is a new and modern apartment furnished in a functional way, what we provide is a private room for a maximum of two people with a shared bathroom respecting privacy as much as possible.
A one-minute walk from the subway and buses that connect the main points such as:
Colosseum 10m
Trastevere Station 15m
Termini 15m
Piazza di Spagna 17m
and with many services, such as: bars, restaurants, cinema, pharmacy, fast food, tobacco, etc.
Diana's Room:
An ideal place if you want a comfortable base at affordable prices to visit the Eternal City in comfort and tranquility at any time of the day.
Furthermore, it is practically 2 minutes from the famous Basilica of St. Peter and Paul where during the 2025 Jubilee they will open the Holy Door and 5 minutes from the Bambino Gesù.

The entrance is completely independent, therefore you will have great flexibility in based on your needs, despite this I am always available for any eventuality. A few days before arrival you will receive a PDF guide on the rules and equipment of the house and how to access it.
Cleaning:
To keep the costs as affordable as possible we ask only € 20.00 for the entire stay to cover the costs of cleaning and sanitizing blankets, towels and supply of essentials, therefore we kindly ask you to respect the common areas and keep them with care and clean the rooms as much as possible.

The neighborhood:
The Basilica of San Paolo is very famous for its Basilica of San Pietro and Paolo and also a few steps from Ostiense and Piramide. There are many services and activities in the area such as:
Pharmacies, Tobacconists, Restaurants, Sushi, Greco, Laundries, Mini Market and Super Market, Hairdressers/Barbers, Pastries, Bars etc.
Getting around:
The neighborhood is well connected.
A one-minute walk away is the Metro Line B that connects splendid points such as the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus or Piazza Venezia in a few minutes.
And numerous BUSES for all other destinations such as Trastevere, Piazza Venezia, Campo de Fiori etc.

Our stay was perfect, the room (whole flat) was clean and the conversation with Giovanni before our stay was great as well. He provided us with tipps for restaurants, where to stay at NYE, a very detailed description for the checkin, etc.
There is no option to cook but a microwave, tea and coffee in the room, space for your stuff in the fridge, a place to eat and also a big TV (which we never used). Actually it is no bed rather a sofa bed but still comfortable.
The area is quiet and only a 1 min walk to the metro which brings you e.g. to Colosseo in 12 min. A supermarket is just a 2 min walk away, Bar is just downstairs.
Even though Giovanni was home at the same time sometimes we never met and talked in person, but the written conversation works out perfectly :)
