About this house rental
**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home in North Beach Resort & Villas is just 150 yards from the resort’s spectacular pool complex and the beach. When you enter the home, you’ll go up one flight of stairs to reach the main living space — including the living room, kitchen, dining area, etc and the primary bedroom. If you go down one flight of stairs from the entry, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms, including a queen bedroom with a sliding door that opens directly to the private pool area. While there is a bedroom on the main floor, please note that stairs are required to access all areas of the home. Enjoy your own private pool, coastal-inspired décor, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for family and friends. With the ocean and resort amenities just steps away, this home is the perfect spot for your North Myrtle Beach getaway.

We loved 4911 Salt Creek Court! The location is so perfect, being almost as close to the resort as you can get without actually staying in the towers. The house was so clean when we arrived. We loved that there was no furniture with sharp edges, as we had a 2-year-old with us. And speaking of him, we’d forgotten the pack n play, but thankfully there was one in the closet! (We did have to buy a mattress for it.)The kitchen had a Keurig and a blender, which were big pluses. The washer and dryer worked well. The beds were comfy. And the TV remotes were actually easy to operate! Lol!The ONLY two drawbacks were the lack of beach toys and the access to the pool. If you don’t have kids with you, the lack of beach toys is irrelevant. However, this is our 6th time staying at North Beach, and every other house had beach toys in the garage. We shouldn’t have assumed! :)As for the pool access, you could only access the back patio/pool through one of the downstairs bedrooms. That’s where the toddler slept/napped. Since the back gate was locked, we couldn’t access the pool from outside, but of course we understand that! All in all, this is a great property. We loved it! Thank you for a great week!

Booking and pre trip communication was great….very professional. The house was in a superb location, clean and well furnished….would rent again. You have to mind stairs though. Suggestions for owner….replace front porch ceiling fans as they are extremely rusted and we were uncomfortable running them due to fear of them breaking away, also kitchen dishes, pots and pans etc is pretty minimal….a house full of people would have issues, check all tv’s for remotes as one only had the tv remote but not one for streaming like a Roku. Back right bedroom tv would not go to a station.

The house was nice and the location great. The inside looks like the pictures but it was dirty. The floors had dirt and crumbs all over it, the couches have not been cleaned under in quite some time. The patio furniture was not cleaned at all and looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time either. The over all cleanliness was horrible. And if you are staying on the bottom level, you hear the people waking upstairs. If they cleaned the place, it would be a great place to stay.
