About this house rental

Ideal for 2 families, and perfect for boat and jet ski parking. Light-filled open plan living and dining, perfect for families to comfortably gather and relax together. Freshly painted throughout internally and with new floor coverings, lighting and furnishings. New ducted electric Heating and Air Con throughout the entire house. “Amelia” is located only 4.6 kms from the Peninsula Hot springs and several golf courses ( The Dunes golf links and Peppers Moonah Links ) and The Cups estate winery.

Brand new modern kitchen with stone benchtop and glass splashbacks includes all new appliances: Bosch induction cook top, Gas oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, spacious fridge, breakfast bench, coffee pod machine, and all the utensils and crockery required for a house of guests, complete with a generous sized 10 seat dining table. The adjoining living room features modern new lounges, a smart Tv, and an elevated outlook across the garden. The downstairs rumpus room is designed as a kids retreat, offering big cosy leather reclining lounges, a TV, table tennis table, plus loads of books and games.

The bedrooms and bathroom. Three comfortably presented bedrooms, with built in robes and modern décor. There are 2 queen size beds, while the 3rd bedroom will accommodate 4 kids in 2 sets of double bunks. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower, and a separate toilet room. A brand-new laundry with stone benchtops and combo washer/dryer.
Outside. This quiet treelined street is a pleasant 600m walk to the beach, and 700m to the local shopping centre, restaurants, and cafes. BBQ on the upstairs balcony with the convenience of easy access to the kitchen, dining, and living room. The house is set in an elevated position, well back from the street, therefore providing ample parking for 4 cars, a boat, and a jet ski. The garage is not available.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very well-kept house with beautiful gardens. All the appliances are modern, and the air-conditioning truly worked on hot days. There was a huge TV in the lounge that made viewing similar to a cinema center. It was only a stroll to the beach and shops.
