Golf lovers will appreciate the close proximity to premier courses including The Dunes, Moonah Links, Eagle Ridge, and St Andrews—ideal for a weekend golf getaway.
The Kitchen and Living Room:
Relax in the open-plan kitchen and dining space, thoughtfully designed for family comfort and fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and full-sized fridge. With several living areas spread across the split-level layout, you can unwind indoors or step outside to enjoy the fresh air.
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Perfect for families, this home offers five bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to eight guests. The layout includes one queen bedroom, three double bedrooms upstairs,. And and a double bedroom downstairs. Two bathrooms are centrally located near the bedrooms—one featuring a bathtub—plus an additional toilet and shower in the laundry area, which also houses a washing machine. For year-round comfort, the home is fitted with ducted heating and ceiling fans throughout.
Outdoors:
Entertaining indoors and outdoors is effortless with multiple living areas and a spacious backyard, perfect for cricket or boat parking. Please note that access to the garage is not available. For fine dining, explore over 50 cellar doors in the nearby Red Hill and Dromana regions.
For sun, sand, and surf, visit the beautiful Rye (Capel Sound) foreshore for a family day out, complete with fish and chips on the Rye Pier. Adventurous guests can easily reach Gunnamatta and St Andrews ocean beaches—just minutes away by car.

The property was perfect for my daughter and her 4 bridesmaids the night prior to the wedding. Then 4 couples, who are my friends, stayed for 2 nights thereafter. The house was in an excellent condition and was very spacious. The nightly rate was also very reasonable. I wouldn't look at any other place to stay.....l highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent in the Rye area.
