The roof top area was very dirty and not welcoming at all. The hanging chairs should be anchored to the floor as they tip over when you sit on them... luckily we only injured our knee and did not hit our head.. We had a terrible smell in our condo and had to have cleaner brought over to put in the bathroom drains... kitchen could have been better stocked with better frying pans.... view is great and location to the malecon is great.. dissapointing that the elevator only hold 1 person and does not go to the roof top...stairs are very hard to handle if you are visually impaired
