staff is incredible, location is walkable to so much of PV, the beautiful well cared for plants. The entire vibe is incredible

The room was great, the check in information was provided the afternoon of, as I was getting in late. Quick and easy to get in to the building and my room.
Some people mentioned the street noise, i was there in off season, there was some loud noise, but I think you'd need to find somewhere very off road to not hear noise in mexico. Didn't bother me.
Everything was great. The suite no 5 had everything, comfy huge bed and so much room.

The terrace had a nice vibe. The location is amazing, close to the boardwalk as well as several good restaurants. The room was clean and charming and very comfortable. And after a long day of sightseeing in the warm weather coming back to the well air conditioned room was a relief!
The acoustics were a little strange, so some sounds seemed louder than they probably were. But the guests seemed to respect the quiet time and I didn't have any trouble sleeping.

The location was perfect , close to the north end of the malecon , restaurants , stores and laundry. The manager was great, he responded quickly to any questions and very helpful. The kitchen had everything you needed for light cooking. Showers were fine, lots of hot water. 2 upper terraces , the common areas were lovely. Views of ocean and city from upper terrace.
Unfortunately this was a windowless apartment on street level. There was only a window by the door which was apart down a short hallway from the main room and kitchen. One had to have lights on at all times to see. I was not aware from the description and would not have rented a 2 week stay had I known. Okay for a short stay if you;re out most of the time. Or spend time up on the terraces.
