Everything I look for in a vacation property - a view I never tire of, comfortable patio furniture, and a fridge close by for drinks. Add to that a very comfy bed, great shower, spotlessly clean condo and grounds, and plentiful dishes and luxurious linens that made me feel pampered. It's true that the access up on the street and steps are a challenge, but the view is worth it and the neighbourhood is also worth exploring. 10/10

The condo is very comfortable and well equipped, including sharp knives in the kitchen! (That never happens.) We loved sitting on the balcony in those comfy chairs and enjoying that spectacular view. Lovely breezes day and night. The pool area and grounds are beautiful. The location is convenient to everywhere. Yes, there’s a bit of a hill and some steps. We consider those to be part of our fitness program. The owner was onsite and available to handle any problems. We would happily stay again.

The condo has a beautiful view of the Bay of Banderas and is well appointed inside for most everything you need. The owners live part time on site, very nice, and accommodating. We stayed for eleven nights and unfortunately the lack or air conditioning made it a bit too uncomfortable. Due to extenuating circumstances with the owners account, we did not have WIFI, Internet, or TV for the duration of our stay. With all combined, our stay fell far short of expectations. We are frequent visitors to PV and this trip was a disappointment.
