About this house rental
Casa Coronita, is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath multi-level, fully furnished apartment rental with a large outdoor patio and upstairs balcony/terrace. Located 3 blocks to the beach in downtown Puerto Vallarta, within walking distance to the finest dining, shopping and entertainment.
Everything is brand new with 1,600 SF of living space and 1,300 SF outdoor patio and balcony. The street entry is double gated offering extra security and leads you up a staircase to the main level. The living and dining open up to the large patio bringing in lot’s of fresh air and light, with outdoor table, fountain and gas Weber grill. The full kitchen includes all new appliances and dining set for 8. Large 55″ smart TV with cable and free wifi. Upstairs is the balcony with swing where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean, city and mountain views. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room located off the patio.
ROOMS:
Master Bedroom features floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to an attached outdoor terrace with seating for two, offering an open-air feel and lot’s of natural light with ocean/mountain views. Additionally, a small terrace offers seating for two. Features include AC, fan, king size bed, spacious built-in storage and en-suite bath with a large walk-in tile shower and shower bench.
*A pull out sofa bed is also located in the master that sleeps 2, which may be moved to the common area upon request.
Spare Bedroom is on the opposite side of the living area offering privacy for both. This room also features floor to ceiling glass doors opening up to a small outdoor viewing terrace. Other features include AC, fan, queen size bed, built-in storage and en-suite bath with a walk-in tile shower and small window that opens offering extra light and fresh air.
Casa Coronita is semi-attached to Casa Corona Villa (319374) and can be rented separately or in combination with Casa Corona. Casa Coronita has it’s own separate entrance from the street and is also accessible to Casa Corona entry. Depending on the type of rental, the adjoining access may be locked or unlocked. If combined with a Casa Corona rental, you will have direct access to the villa entryway. If rented separately, this access will remain locked and you will have one entry/exit from the street. Please inquire for more information on renting units together.
LOCATION: Located downtown, some noise can be expected as with staying in any city. The property is street level but a side street not a busy main street. Nightly fireworks can be heard and are visible from the upstairs terrace in addition to some nightlife/street noise at times.
TIPPING:
Please remember to tip your staff, it is customary in Mexico to tip all service staff. This includes maids, concierge, chef, maintenance. Local custom is 15-20% in restaurants and bars.

Loved staying downtown for a few nights before moving to my time share. Great way to visit downtown, walk the Malecon, find local businesses and restaurants that you might not have discovered. My niece, first time here, loved the experience. The atrium is awesome- complete kitchen set up - highly recommend this newly redone casa

Overall great place. Check was easy, the place is beautiful and conferrable and has everything you need. Location is good if you want to be right downtown. This comes with a lot of noise all day and night long. It can be very loud so understand that. The window s are single pane and you are right on the street. Bring noise cancelling headphones for the night. Overall enjoyed but would not stay there again based on the noise but that is us. While we live in a big city in the US we live in a quite area. The road noise and braking dogs all night are not our favorite. Host was great.

The casitas location was perfect and allowed access to everything we needed for our vacation. The place was immaculately clean and welcoming . Saskia and the staff we met were very polite and professional.

This was my second time staying but this time I took another couple. They loved the location and the feeling of having a home to come to after our various excursions. They were quite pleased with the fact that we were in walking distance of so many shops, bars, and restaurants. A great place to stay well in PV!
