About this apartment rental
Casa Gallo is a newly remodeled 763 SF fully furnished 1 BR/2 Bath apartment that sleeps 4, located in downtown PV, 3 blocks to the beach and Malecon (boardwalk) within walking distance to countless fine dining, shopping, spa services and things to do all within blocks.
The street entry is double gated offering extra security. The large open space provides lot’s of natural light with a large window facing the street. The queen size sofa bed conveniently folds out for extra guests. The living space features a 55″ smart TV, cable and free wifi. The open kitchen features a large island with built-in stovetop, brand new appliances and includes seating and dinnerware for four. Two full bathrooms each feature a beautiful walk-in tile shower. A Jack & Jill door connects to the bedroom with its own attached full bathroom, kitchenette, TV and private access door to the street. Other features include AC in bedroom & Living Space, fan, stacked washer/dryer, additional storage space and a small open-air space off the kitchen offering fresh air to the space.
TIPPING:
Please remember to tip your staff, it is customary in Mexico to tip all service staff. This includes maids, concierge, chef, maintenance. Local custom is 15-20% in restaurants and bars.

This double apartment was idea for my friend and I! It has separate sleeping quarters with kitchens, bathrooms and entrances....but has a short hallway that joins the 2 units idea for hanging out or having your own privacy. The street can be noisy at times so I suggest to bring ear plugs, but other than that Emma the on site manager of the units and the cleaning staff was great!

The best part of the rental for me was the bed - and the house is cute. The bad parts are as follows.
It is very noisy all hours of the day and night in the rental. The street is right outside the door - and there is a street access door in the bedroom that makes it really loud in the bedroom. Dogs bark often and cars roar going up that street. People stop and talk right outside the doors too. We had a hard time sleeping because of the noise. We even use a white noise machine to sleep and it didn’t help much.
We were also disappointed that there wasn’t coffee and filters available to use. There wasn’t a toilet paper supply and we ran out after the 3rd night.
I didn’t like to have to meet the host to get into the rental. I’ve used VRBOs for years and have not ever had to meet up to arrive/get in the house and meet her upon departure (we skipped the latter, but she did request to meet with us before leaving - very odd).
I am so sorry to have to leave this review. I think it is important to be completely honest.
