Built in 2017, the home comes fully furnished for modern coastal living with perks and highlights including an all-new and completely up-to-date interior, a large covered porch with beautiful beach views, an outdoor shower, and a beach wagon packed with toys for endless family fun on the sand. Catch phenomenal sunrise vistas from the front porch before loading up the wagon and strolling less than a block to the beach. The 30th Place West Dock is less than two blocks behind the home. Evenings can be enjoyed roasting s'mores around the wood-burning firepit in the yard.

As a new addition to the vacation rental market, the home's immaculate interior is free from everyday wear and tear. All the furnishings and appliances have seen little use and are sure to provide ultimate, carefree comfort. The stainless steel full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Smart TVs and board games are included for home entertainment. Free WiFi is equipped for streaming, web browsing, or remote working.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
