Short walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery and more! Screened in porch with swing for relaxing. Linens included, Central A/C and Heat, crib, ceiling fans in every room, hot/cold outside shower, WIFI, all SMART TVs, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, screened porch and fenced in backyard. The pictures accurately reflect the home. Has great stained wood floors and a wonderful front screen porch. It sits on a quiet town block, located close to the better restaurants and the beach. The staircases from ground to main floor are long and pitched. Descending can be tricky .

This entire process was great. Place was clean, keys were ready, it’s just a short trip to the beach. It was perfect…thank you to all involved in making our brief stay so easy!

Your cottage was perfect for my family (including our dog)! Exceptionally clean! Kitchen and living area very spacious. We spent hours upon hours sitting on the screen porch. Enjoyed fishing at the inlet, walking to the coffee shop at the end of the street in the mornings, eating out at the multitude of restaurants the island offers, shopping in Southport(short drive) and of course relaxing and reading at the beach. The only negative was the distance to the beach (too long of a commute with all our beach gear), however the multiple public parking spots directly on the beach solved this dilemma. Difficult to get out onto the main drag, but this was easily solved by going to the stoplight 2 blocks down. I would definitely consider staying here again - particularly because it is pet friendly.
