Pet Policy:
We’re happy to host dogs! Depending on the booking platform, the pet fee may not be included in your total and will be requested separately(airbnb is a seperate fee requested). A non-refundable $200 pet fee (up to 2 dogs, 80 lbs combined) is required and must be paid before check-in—access details will be sent once completed.
Maximum of 2 dogs. Unregistered pets will incur a $200 pet fee plus a $500 remediation fee.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick prevention. No dogs on furniture or beds (additional cleaning fees may apply). Please bring a crate if needed; there is not one at the property.
Strictly no cats allowed.

We loved the inside! It was super roomy and we really enjoyed the master shower. However, it did not smell freshly cleaned upon our arrival. We found about 75% of dishes still had residual bits of food requiring us to wash prior to use. The refrigerator and ample cabinet space was suitable for all of our food and snacks to have throughout the week. I was under the impression the backyard was fully fenced in, however, I was wrong. When I went out back to call my dogs in, they were found in the front near the road. I have one handicap dog and one that is 13 and can’t see well or hear so that was very scary for me. If not for the fencing issue, I would consider renting again. Overall it was a great week!

It was a lovely little cottage type of home with plenty of room for my family. We very much enjoyed our stay and would be happy going back in the future. One thing I will add is the pots and pans are limited, luckily I thought ahead and brought a large pot and large pan to make bigger meals or that may have been an issue. Also, the beds were very very firm so maybe travel with a pillow top?
