The apartment is located on the first floor and first floor, overlooking the quiet courtyard. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor. The apartment is approximately 72 m² and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child up to three years of age.

This very bright apartment is stylishly furnished and features a well-designed floor plan. With its classic, stylish open-concept kitchen-living area and dining area, this apartment is also ideal for a longer stay. A large storage room is perfect, for example, for storing your suitcases.
The floor is covered with warm-to-the-foot wood-look vinyl. 

The naturally lit bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling glass shower with a rain showerhead and handheld shower, a vanity, a heated towel rack, and a toilet, as well as ample storage space and a built-in radio.

Not only is Aurich the center of the East Frisian Peninsula, but the fact that our apartments are located right in the heart of this former royal seat adds to their appeal. We thoroughly renovated this complex of buildings, located directly on Aurich’s market square, from 2019 to 2022 and created a place of well-being behind the old walls.
