The vacation rental, located in one of our two semi-detached homes newly built in 2022, is situated right on the idyllic swimming lake in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Each half of the semi-detached house has approximately 60 m² of living space and can accommodate up to four people. The open-concept first floor, featuring a kitchen, living, and dining area, along with the adjoining terrace offering a direct view of the lake, creates a welcoming atmosphere. Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Parking for cars is available right next to the house. Larger families are welcome to reserve both half-houses together.
