About this house rental
Welcome to our Fentje vacation home by the lake. On the first floor, you’ll find a small bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a spacious kitchen equipped with a built-in kitchen unit featuring various appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, stove with ceramic cooktop, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, microwave), as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots. A large dining table provides ample seating here.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we do not provide non-perishable food items such as coffee, tea, sugar, spices, etc., in our vacation home. Please bring any such items you may need from home. In the living room, our guests have access to a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system with a CD player.
The “Fentje” vacation home is fully equipped with allergy-friendly flooring throughout. The entire first floor features underfloor heating. All windows are equipped with exterior shutters.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where two separate bedrooms—each with two beds (one room with a double bed measuring 200×200 cm and one room with two single beds measuring 90×200 cm)—offer ample space for four people. One bedroom is equipped with comfort-size duvets (155 x 220 cm). In addition, we provide a spare blanket for each of the four beds, depending on the season. Our guests have access to free Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels can be booked as needed. Enjoy your stay with us. Right near the vacation home is the Aurich swimming lake, which offers a variety of activities (a shallow sandy beach, a designated area for non-swimmers, DLRG lifeguard supervision during the season, a children’s playground, water skiing, wakeboarding, and pedal boat rentals), as well as a horse farm with horses available for rent.
The center of Aurich is about 6 km away, and the North Sea can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
