The apartment with a balcony is located on the 1st floor, in a quiet spot facing the inner courtyard. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator. It measures approximately 65 m² and can be booked for up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of three.
With its stylish, coordinated furnishings and a very appealing floor plan, it’s a place where you’ll feel right at home—whether you’re on vacation in East Frisia or here on business. With its bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area, this apartment is ideal for a longer stay.
The floors are covered with vinyl that feels warm underfoot and has a pleasant wood-grain finish; the bathroom is tiled, and all floors are equipped with underfloor heating.
The bathroom features a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower (140 x 100 cm) with a rain showerhead and handheld shower, a sink, a heated towel rack, and a toilet, as well as ample storage space and a built-in radio.

We thoroughly renovated this complex of buildings, located directly on Aurich’s market square, from 2019 to 2022 and created a place of well-being behind the old walls.
