This villa located on the picturesque village of Santa Bárbara Nexe (15 min away from Faro) is the ideal place for relaxing and socializing.
Placed on a sunny slope, you'll have access to a panoramic view from the hills to the ocean.
You'll have an heated private pool and a sunny terrace to relax and have fun on a tennis table match.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and is perfect for families or friends traveling together as the two floors are independent which will add privacy and comfort to your stay.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Immediately next to the door of the ground floor, you'll find the external staircase to access the first floor where there are another 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and 1 bathroom.
Get to the village centre will take you 2 min walking.
Here you'll find a church originally dated from the 15th century that is the landmark around which several restaurants, coffee shops and bars will give you access to the rich gastronomy of the Algarve.
A minimarket that operates every day from 8.00am to 8.00pm is also available on this area, as well as several other services as a hairdresser, a laundry, a pharmacy and a petrol station.
If you prefer to stay in the villa and order food, you'll appreciate that you will have deliveries from "Mar Shopping" (the biggest shopping centre in the Algarve) that is at only 7 min driving.
