- Excessive rubbish must not be left.
- Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
- Prior identification of all guests is mandatory to comply with legal requirements.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, payable on-site.

Could do with labelling light switches it is hard to find in the dark! Maybe some lighting on the steps too.
