This stunning house has the most wonderful outside space with large areas of lawn with lots of shady enclaves, from which you can gaze out at the sea and country views. There is a large pillared shaded terrace, which is perfect for al fresco dining, as well as a shaded outdoor lounge area, which enjoys views of the garden, pool and sea.

The large modern kitchen has sea views and leads out to the garden and pool. It is equipped with everything you could need, including a Nespresso coffee machine, an American fridge freezer with drinks and ice dispenser and large television and a second lounge area. The kitchen flows into the separate dining room, seating 10, also with sea views and French doors to the garden. It is a beautiful place from which to enjoy an evening meal with friends.

The main sitting room is a large Portuguese colonial style room, with French doors leading onto the covered patio and outside dining area. From here a staircase leads down to a cinema room.
The Master bedroom enjoys sweeping views down to the sea, as does the en-suite, which has a bath with a view, in addition to a large walk-in shower and its own terrace area. There is a second Master bedroom and ensuite. The remaining three comfortable bedrooms all have large walk in showers and king size beds, two of which convert into singles, if necessary, with French doors leading to the garden.

Casa Mandovi is just a 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport and just 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches- perfect for families with shaded sun loungers for hire, water sports and beach bars.
Nearby the historic town of Loule with its colourful market is a wonderful place to buy gourmet delicacies, such as Algarve honey, piri piri spices, fresh fish and local produce. A perfect place to sit in one of its charming cafes and watch the world go by.
Mar Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive away and has a Zara, Mango etc. There is also a designer outlet, cinema complex, Ikea and numerous restaurants.
