There's also a private pond on the property and exclusive driveway access provides plenty of parking for your boat or an RV. A public boat launch is only a quarter-mile away. The property backs up to National Forest Service land, adding an extra dose of private serenity to your stay. This home makes a perfect choice for any season, with endless year-round activities available nearby, including hiking, kayaking, sledding, ATV/UTV trails, and fishing. HooDoo Ski Area is less than 50 miles away and you'll be within easy driving distance to larger cities like Eugene (45 mi.), Salem (55 mi.), and Corvallis (37 mi.).
Two separate living rooms offer plenty of home comfort, with plush seating, and a smart TV in each. A panoramic window display showcases stellar views and strong natural lighting in the open-concept kitchen that comes beautifully appointed for home cooking and a wood pellet grill/bbq for you to enjoy.
Occupying the entire top floor, the enviable primary suite boasts its own smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private home office, a luxurious step-up soaking tub, and a furnished sunroom that is an ideal spot for morning coffee or yoga.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. There are two living areas with tons of movies and video games, good separation of space between bedrooms, very large eat-in kitchen, and separate dining room. The outdoor area had a basketball hoop that the older kids enjoyed, and swings under a treehouse that the younger one loved. The hot tub is on the smaller side but worked great. We spent most of our days at the lake, which was less than 10 minute drive. Also is a very short drive to a small town with grocery stores and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend to anyone that doesn’t mind using stairs!

The property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the views and privacy. However, there was no communication with the homeowner, which made check-in a challenge. Although I was told from VRBO that a check-in email had been sent to me, I never received this.
