This delightful 4 bedroom villa has a real Spanish feel, and is only 5 minutes' drive from the vibrant seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa, where you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of La Gola, Pinaret, and Llenaire. This popular, lively destination has a never-ending choice of cafes and restaurants, mostly overlooking the sea. Pollensa Old Town, with its quaint streets and historic sites, is also a short drive away. The villa’s bright and airy interior offers stunning views of the open countryside and the majestic Tramuntana Mountains. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the 4 bedrooms and the lounge are included.
Villa Vilar de Baix is in a great location, nestled between the scenic seafront of Puerto Pollensa and the charming Pollensa Old Town. A short 5 minute drive will take you to the sandy shores of La Gola Beach, Pinaret Beach, and Llenaire Beach, perfect for a day of sun and sea. The historic Pollensa Old Town, with its array of cafes, restaurants, and shops, is also just a 10 minute drive away, offering a delightful blend of culture and relaxation. You'll also have a choice of alternative beaches, golf courses, a waterpark, water sports and a number of attractions and places to visit all within easy reach.
