RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JUNY, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBRE.
A beautiful and peaceful Finca situated between Pollença old town and the Port of Pollença with 3,500 m2 of land and 375 m2 of housing area fit to live in. Her enormous swimming pool which the front end of is shallow just like a beach, descends gradually to a depth of approximately 2 metres. The pool is ideal for small children and babies bearing in mind the safety aspect that any child requires, they will enjoy an unforgettable holiday. They will not want to get out of the water !!!...Right in the middle of the pool is a fountain which on one side boasts a glorious cascade of water glorifying the beauty of the pool.
The terrace area is well equipped with sunshades and sun loungers with a surrounding tropical garden, palm trees and all sorts of plants adding wonderful colours to this exceptional setting.
The enormous barbecue designed with exquisite taste and traditional touches is just a few metres away from the pool. Inside the Hall of the barbecue, there is a bathroom with shower.
The house itself, an old farm which has been reformed with stone and wood in the traditional style, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a chimney, TV, DVD and free WIFI receivers, and a 4,5mt by 1,5mt wooden table which was carefully built in situ within the living room.
On the ground floor there is a king bedroom with a complete bathroom.
On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 singles beds each, and a double allowing for accommodation for 8 people I all. The windows and balconies upstairs allow for picturesque views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana .
There is air conditioning in all the rooms ( cold and heating )
The house have a central heating from 1 novembre untill 30 april, but is not included in the original price. In case you want to contract the central heating per 15 hours a day, the price will be 22€ per day. The heating will be availabe from 17pm until 1 am and 6 am untill 1 pm

Lovely house, like a Spanish hacienda with a deep verandah all across the front. The shutters were great and we were able to shut out the sun while still getting a breeze.The mosquito problem has been well addressed within the house, but I recommend taking some mosquito coils for the evenings.The pool is fantastic and our 3 year old granddaughter grew very quickly in confidence as the shallow part was not too deep for her. The beach enabled the baby to sit and splash. The rocks are great for leaping in!Only 6 minutes drive from Port da Pollenca for lovely evening meals and strolls.The feral cats were lovely and the grandchildren enjoyed watching them.An added bonus was the suite downstairs with bedroom, hallway and bathroom. This meant that we could stay downstairs and leave our daughter and family to enjoy the 3 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. A perfect stay and we hope to return next year.

The pool was amazing, huge and perfect for our children with the youngest being 3!
You have to drive everywhere which was fine as we hired two cars, but would be hard if you didn’t. Good location to everyone, 5 mins to Pollensa, 5 mins to the beach and large supermarkets just a couple of mins away. Could have done with some info on things like washing machine etc as we weren’t able to use them. Overall a brilliant stay, thank you

Great place, we would definitely stay again! The pool is definitely the star of the show, shallow bits for the kids and a really deep section for jumping and diving in. There are lots of mosquitos about so make sure you take repellant!

The villa was spacious and quirky.On arrival no running water from taps or toilets, two calls made eventually maintenance man plus lady arrived sorted.Main concern the amount of mosquitoes and midges this is with all windows kept closed at all times, nets used, jungle spray plus medication provided by local pharmacy all seven of party badly effected. Since home medical treatment sort. We appreciate there’s a lot of established gardens but we’ve rented a variety of villas within Spain and not had this previously all in August.The villa is well positioned on a lovely plot with a beautiful pool ideal for four children ranging from 7-14 but sadly we wouldn’t return mainly due to the above.Another concern we weren’t informed of visiting maintenance man who arrived on our last day whilst my elderly mother was sat eating breakfast and proceeded to use garden machinery for two hours waking the children, this would probably have been preferable a day later as we left at 8am.
