#GE - The Bostonian in Grenoble3 bedrooms with balcony

I needed an apartment with 3 separate rooms. That was OK.

Cleanliness, the apartment really needs substantial refreshing. In addition, the kitchen is not sufficiently equipped, only 3 mugs, not enough knives and forks etc. The apartment clearly is below the usual standard of apartments rented via booking. In addition, it is managed by an additional company (Majordome privée). They are very friendly on the phone, but they sent a lot of emails, insisting on a guarantee deposit that I had already done (btw, it did not come back yet, 1 week after the stay) - complicated check-in (you need your cell phone and it is a long description of what you have to do to get your keys) - they ask you to empty the garbage but do not tell you where to put it .... clearly, they did not seem aware of the situation (cleanliness, etc). Don't know what they really do except promising you a beautiful stay on a beautiful website. But the apartment does not correspond to what is promised.
