The apartment is in a good condition with a good proximity to tram station and Lidl. Kitchen is well equipped, contactless check in and check out works like a charm. Underground parking is well located and quite easy to find and utilize.
There is an industrial area in the vicinity as well as refugee camp which should be avoided. A few glasses for tooth brushes would be welcome.

Großer sicherer Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, gesamte Wohnanlage mit Videoüberwachung, Aufzug, nähe zur Tramstation, Lidl um die Ecke, große Küchenzeile mit vielen Geräten, Whirlpool, Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung, 2 Balkone
Laute Umgebung ( sehr laute Dachanlage auf Nachbargebäude, Hauptstraße wird nachts als Rennstrecke von Rasern genutzt )- Schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich, zusätzlich hat der angrenzende Nachbar zum Schlafzimmer seine Hochzeit mit lautem Gekreische, Lachen, Brüllen, Erzählen ) nachts zwischen 23:00 und 04:00 Uhr ( bei unserem Aufenthalt in 5 von 10 Nächten). Den Lärm hört man trotz geschlossenem Fenster.
Kein Waschbecken im separaten WC trotz Platz. Fehlender Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer.

Very clean and nicely presented, good location near the tram, parking space v useful. Brilliant air con. Comfortable beds.
Lighting was a bit harsh, which sounds picky but I find bright lights tiring on the eyes. The living room needs a comfortable chair as not enough seating for 4. Not a beautiful location but excellent for getting into city centre.
