Die Lage ist Top. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Es gab einen Garagenplatz für das Auto. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und auch Mikrowelle sind vorhanden. Bei Problemen schnelle Hilfe von den zuständigen Personen.

Wir haben für vier Personen gebucht. Die Bettwäsche war aber nur für zwei bezogen. Das Bettlaken für Schlafsofa sah aus, als ob es bereits genutzt wurde. Die Handtücher hatten zum Teil noch Flecken und Haare. Die Türen wurden schon lange nicht gereinigt... Balkon ist sehr klein. Geruch vom Abfluss in der Wohnung.

Flat is big nicely decorated, with all facilities, good position near to tram and even walking to city.

Flat was NOT clean properly in a long time- floor not swept with dirt on it, dust not removed, carpet not clean, one living pillow had toothpaste on it, bathroom clean very superficially- tiles extremely dirty, same as bathroom furniture and door, the smell in the bath was bad. Towels and linen had an unpleasant smell. Apartment has a closed/cigarette smell- very unpleasant. Photos are not 100% accurate with the actual place- looks more fancy in the photos than reality (no plants, less decorations ). Overall I would NOT return to this place.
