Piękny widok z balkonu - z uwagi na 4 piętro widać ocean a w tle nawet La Gomerę. Wieczorem można obserwować zachód słońca. Na plażę zaledwie 10 minut, w apartamencie są na wyposażeniu ręczniki plażowe. Fajnie że dostępny basen, ale nie podgrzewany, więc kąpiel w lutym raczej dla odważniejszych. Bardzo czysto i to ogromny plus, szampan w lodówce był naprawdę bardzo miłą niespodzianką. Sporo naczyń, do wyboru dwa ekspresy do kawy, toster, a nawet pralka. Łazienka nieduża ale fajnie zorganizowana nawet dla całej rodziny. W sypialni i salonie sporo miejsca w szafach. Bardzo blisko przystanek komunikacji miejskiej. W drodze na plażę sklepy spożywcze, nie trzeba daleko chodzić.

Łóżko w salonie TRA GE DIA. Wcześniejsze komentarze niestety się potwierdziły. Malutkie dzieci być może się wyśpią, ale powyżej 7-8 lat absolutnie się nie nadaje. Po rozłożeniu nie da się nawet usiąść bo od razu się składa, trzeba leżeć w jednej pozycji bo elementy metalowe/sprężyny skrzypią do tego stopnia, że budziliśmy mimo że spaliśmy w drugim pokoju jeszcze za łazienką. Musieliśmy na środku wyścielać dodatkowymi kołdrami żeby dzieci nie zapadły się do środka. Po zgłoszeniu właściciel powiedział, że weźmie pod uwagę zmianę łóżka, więc jeśli na obecnych zdjęciach nie ma już szarej dwuosobowej sofy, to nie ma tematu. Dla osób starszych lub chorych trzeba wziąć pod uwagę codzienne wchodzenie z plaży do apartamentu, dość stromy odcinek długości około 200 metrów.

God udsigt fra altanen og fine fælles faciliteter. Hyggelig poolbar med venligt personale. Smidig og venlig kommunikation i forbindelse med ind- og udcheckning. Dejligt med sæbe i lejligheden og kold vin og vand i køleskabet ved ankomst.

Sovesofaen i stuen. Madrassen var meget tynd, så fjedrene kunne mærkes igennem. Både sengen i soveværelset og sovesofaen er små dobbeltsenge.

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. I have just left my parasol as an addition (the only thing we had to buy). Great view, great location.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The shower lacks a lower holder.

- Nice view from living room - Short (10mins) walk to the beach, supermarkets and shops are similar distance. - Clean - Pool towels provided - Mattress in bedroom thick, hard(er) and looks new/very good condition. (We didnt use it, see negatives) - Kitchen equipped with toaster, kettle, nescafe machine, filter coffee/tea machine - Washing mashine cleans v nicely - Living room side very quiet: party at the beachfront can be heared on the balcony but not too loud and once balcony doors are closed, living room is quiet

None of these are necessarily deal breakers and can be possibly accepted in a value for money consideration dependent on personal preferences. I tried to give factual description. -Bedroom is very noisy: the bedroom is facing the motorway and the corridor, right opposite the lift. Everyone walking by on the corridor can be heard and every noisier car on the motorway car be heard. -Sofa bed mattress: We slept in the living room, on the sofa bed. The mattress was thin and very soft. -Switch button for shower heads is broken off: the metal piece that was under the button is still there and pulling outwards makes the switch between top shower head and handheld shower. Would have been useful to receive a note on this or better yet, the button to be fixed. -Small boiler, not a lot of hot water. The hot water ran out first time one of us showered. Once we were aware the boiler’s capacity we were better rationing the use of hot water when showering so it can accommodate 2 showers after eachother.
