De communicatie en vriendelijkheid van de hosts: toegankelijk en direct reageren. Het appartement was brandschoon en alles was aanwezig. Heerlijke douche! De locatie is ook echt top.
Eigenlijk helemaal niets. Wij zijn eerder in het Orlando complex geweest in een ander appartement, maar ook dit appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Aanrader!

Great location, nice and clean, bottle of wine and water on arrival were a nice touch
Bed noise is a joke, needs fixing along with broken toilet seat. TV and WIFI didn’t work but not so much of a problem for us but could put others off. Apartment is a little tired but reflected in price we paid at Christmas against others we looked at.

Close to the front entrance so no steps, keys left in a lock box on arrival with instructions to the building. Lots of cooking facilities, liked they left previous people's salt,pepper etc in the cupboards.didn't see a single cockroach in our apartment.
There wasn't enough bath towels provided , the balcony was locked with a bike lock so couldn't exit via the balcony and it was very small, with only 3 chairs ( there were 4 of us ) and no sun on the balcony as a big tree is covering the front of it. It took us some time to get into the main gate as we had to wait for a random person to come out to let us in as we never met the host.
