Townhouse in Costa Adeje , complex Tegueste

Location had it's pluses, very close to two nice beaches, just 5 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shops, supermarkets around, literally just outside the door. House is vey well equipped, three bedrooms, nice kitchen and living area, outside terrace with direct access to swimming pool. Plenty of towels provided, floaties and loungers, dryer, big TV with Netflix etc. Our agent Tania was wonderful and very helpful, arranged new coffee maker for us. She also let us check-in late for free (we just had to empty all rooms and pack our bags but could still use pool and even shower).

Only one bedroom was air conditioned, all other rooms were getting very hot. On top of that owner requested 3EUR per day payment for a/c, on top of the booking fee (there is no info when you're booking but it was later confirmed by booking.com). Also if you arrive by car there is very limited parking space in the area, we had to leave our car far away from the house. also got 100EUR ticket for leaving our car at the area which locals were using with no consequences. Lesson learnt. Area is noisy until 2 a.m due to karaoke and nearby hotel entertainers, there are also bins outside the door which are collected very early making some noise. Toiletries are not provided, we had to buy toilet paper. I think for that price items like this should be provided.

It was a great property. Very clean with everything you need. Plenty of towels in the house. Kitchen has everything you need also. Only two thing that could be improved was the WiFi and the music at night from neighbouring pubs/ hotels. Would stay here again however.

ground floor (kitchen level) big step down to outdoor area, a bit of a disaster with a toddler, could do with some sort of barrier. no Air con on same floor and in other bedrooms, could do with, or atleast some good fans

Egy olyan apartman amin látszik, hogy törődnek vele. Rendes házigazda aki mindenben segítőkész és hamar válaszol kérdések esetén. Az egész komplexumot hatalmas terek és modern bútorozás, felszereltség jellemzi. 3 szoba, minden szinten található egy. Nagy master bedroom az emeleten klímával. Felszerelt konyha ahol fűszerektől kezdve serpenyőkön át minden megtalálható, mosogatógép, mosógép. Szálláson grillező is található, ha nem elég a pihentető kerthelyiség. Nekünk hatalmas plusz volt a napernyő és több kis camping szék amit vihettünk magunkkal a partra vagy akár csillagnézésre. Takarók, plédek, törölközők szép számban. 5 ember számára tökéletes volt. Parkolási lehetőség nem vészes, a szállás környezetében mindig akadt egy darab hely, csak figyelmesen kell keresni.(szombaton nehezebb találni esti órákban)

Egy szobában található csak klíma, ami nyáron nagyon kevés a többiekre nézve, főleg az alagsori szobában pihenőknek. Plusz klímával másik szobákban délutáni és esti órákban élhetőbb lenne a szállás. Wc papír nem nagyon volt.
