Complex kan wel een renovatiebeurt gebruiken, tegels kapot, oude (verroeste) hekwerken, niet werkende verlichting etc

Noise due to neighbours that came in at 5am & constantly smoking weed , guess we were unlucky , ikea build quality, fridge didn’t shut .

The location is great.

The appartment is at the shady side of complex. You have sun only in the evening in one corner of terace. So it is cold in the appartment. Parque Roal 1 complex already old, swimming pool and coridors needs renovation. But the appartment is renovated. The boiler is too small. Hot water is enouth only for one person. And looks like washing machine is attached to hot water supply. So better not to risk to wash silk or wool...

The location of the apartment was good. Shops, bars, a taxi stop, and the beach were nearby. The apartment looked nice (furniture etc).

The apartment was dirty. The skirting boards had a thick layer of dust on them, which had clearly been there for a long time, as it had formed a thick layer. Even the hand soap bottle was covered with a thick layer of dust or dirt. Dust could be shaken off the artificial flowers, and the flower vase had a thick layer of dust on it. The outdoor sofa cushions were dirty. We cleaned for several hours and put the cushion covers into the washing machine ourselves. We decided to clean ourselves because it was clear that the cleaner there didn’t know how to clean properly. We stayed in the apartment with a dog. Initially, they asked for €50 for the dog, but another representative from the same company asked for €70. After we left, they said we had broken a cupboard handle. In the photo sent to us, the handle was completely broken, as if it had been hit with a heavy blow. 100% of the time, when we left, the handle was intact.
