Mareverde Apartment

Місце розташування гарне, апартаменти чисті, нові, реально виглядають навіть краще, ніж на фото. Апартаменти на першому поверсі, вихід до басейну через балкон-терасу. Поруч супермаркет Mercadona та автобусна зупинка. До найближчого пляжу 10 хв, до Playa del Duque 25-30 хв. Диван на кухні досить зручний. В нас був ранній виліт і Діана нам замовила з вечора таксі в аеропорт на 3:30. Рекомендую!

Great hosts fantastic location for where we wanted to be and very secure

The apartment is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffemaker, fridge-freezer and 2xTV, fans. The beds were very comfortable. Pros: -Great communication with the host. - Lovely sunny terrace facing the pool. - The terrace has an awning that can be extended for shade. - huge supermarked with fresh fish etc is located behind the apartment complex. - At the end of the complex there is an excellent Italien pizzeria. - There is a small bar in the complex where you can buy soft drinks, good coffee and food at very reasonable prices. - Bus stop right outside the complex. - Good location close to the beach promenade, restaurants and shops. - Friendly permanent residents. Wine and chocolate on arrival were a VERY nice touch. - We were missing dish towels and cutting boards when we arrived, but after contacting the host they were provided quickly.

Cons: - The pool was cold (January) - The complex has many gates that require keys - The knives were rather dull - It would be nice to have a large cutting board in the apartment.

Nice pool area , close to town , beach , shop

Little bit outdated, broken outside gate dividing taras and swimming pool area We had an unpleasant experience at the complex. Although it appears to be secure, it is actually very easy for people from outside to enter. That was the case during our stay. One man attempted to rob us. I reported the incident to the building management, but there was no response or action taken on their part. As a result, we did not feel safe in the complex for the rest of our stay.
