Orlando Apart

The view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean.

Very tired needs updating, needs aircon or a fan at least.

Convenient location. Great pools onsite and rarely failed to get a sunbed. There is a poolside snack bar but can’t comment on this as we didn’t use it. Had a washing machine which was really useful and plenty of towels, bed linen and kitchen utensils, plates etc. Second bed in living room as sofa was a pull out bed and extra payment gets you WiFi.

No air conditioning and the kitchen would benefit from upgrading/tidying up just a little tired looking but still fully functional. Extra payment added on once confirmed for both WiFi and cleaning charge. Plus a refundable €200 deposit to secure the booking, which was refunded upon leaving (it’s to ensure there is no damage).

Very clean and good location , it had everything you needed, great balcony and spacious.

No tall mirror in bedroom.

The apartment was nice with a good-sized balcony. We really liked that the accommodation was situated in a complex of apartments with a swimming pool. The location was also really good, with a few car parks around if you have a car. Bus transport in the area also works well.

Really needed a fan or air conditioning. It was super hot! We were advised to open both balconies to make the environment cooler. It did not work, and we had to sleep with the balcony open at night. We did not feel safe. We did not enjoy the cash payment. All the ATM charge at least £6 to withdraw money, so extra money was needed. We handled a deposit apparently considered for the appliances. Everything went well, and we got the money back. However, a kettle can break after many years of use. This is something that a person can't control. I found it a bit unfair.
