Pur bonheur

Emplacement idéale sur le port, mais plus paisible que le centre touristique. La cour privée permet d'etre dehors sans le nuisances (nous y étions pendant le festival Filets Bleus) d'une ville en pleine saison.

Hôte très sympathique, bienveillant et généreux. Lieux en parfait état, et séjour sans faute. Très pratique de pouvoir se garer en toute confiance dans le garage privé, et accès facile depuis l'extérieur de Concarneau.

Sehr herzlicher Gastgeber! Immer erreichbar, bot seine Hilfe jederzeit an. Die Wohnung war fantastisch. Es hat nichts gefehlt, für WLAN 10 Punkte! Wer hier seinen Urlaub hier verbringen darf, kann sich wirklich sehr glücklich schätzen!

Garage molto grande. Appartamento bello e grande. Gestore molto disponibile. Buona posizione.

L’ingresso dal garage e la gestione degli ingressi e porte non è il massimo. Il gestore si è scusato, ma all’arrivo abbiamo perso più di un ora per essere “liberi” … prima abbiamo dovuto attendere lui e poi aspettare nuovamente che portasse le chiavi. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto aperto e tutto aperto abbiamo dovuto lasciare alla partenza e questa cosa è sembrata strana.

Tolle Wohnung trotz fehlender Aussicht

Sehr sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (Misha), top Einrichtung mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann und alles funktionierte perfekt. Stilvolle Einrichtung und sehr ruhig. Fussdistanz zur Altstadt, geniale, riesige eigene Garage.

Terrasse war nicht brauchbar. Die einzige (aber sehr grosse) Fensterfront geht auf die Terrasse, die in einem Innenhof ohne Aussicht ist und die eine hässliche Baustelle war.

Parfait pour découvrir Concarneau et profiter d'un beau logement.

Accueil de qualité, propreté au rendez-vous, duplex décoré avec goût et très complet dans son équipement, grand espaces/volumes ainsi qu'une belle terrasse en patio. Un emplacement idéal pour profiter de la ville close et des alentours. La place de parking est un grand plus, au centre ville de Concarneau. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et très accueillants.

Accueil Au top 👍 L'emplacement, avec parking deux voitures à l'abri En toute sécurité,appartement très bien 👍 La commodité pour la balade du centre ville est très proche agréable, Centre pédestre juste à côté super pour une belle balade à pied ou en vélo.

Merci à Misha Vraiment top un hôte au petit soin pour ces locataires on se sent comme à la maison les prestations sont de haut niveaux tout est sur place le parking , machine a laver , lave vaisselle, clim etc.....nous recommandons vivement.

A saperlo ci saremmo fermati di più!

Iniziamo con il padrone di casa, Misha, di una gentilezza e disponibilità fuori dal comune. L'appartamento nuovissimo e ancora in fase di completamento su alcuni dettagli è incredibile in termini di dotazioni: Parcheggio nel box (con colonnina di ricarica auto elettrica) comunicante con appartamento, tv gigante con nintendo switch, netflix, disney etc...Cucina moderna e super funzionale dotata di tutto. Cortiletto interno ancora in completamento ma già funzionale con un tavolone e 6 sedie ove eventualmente si può pranzare. La posizione è eccellente, a due passi dalla cittadella fortificata.

Alors comment vous dire que tout est parfait, joli appartement où il fait bon vivre ,bien décoré, bien aménagé, il ne manque rien ,jolie terrasse. A proximité des commerces, parking privé pour la voiture. Très calme. Et en plus Misha est d une gentillesse qui est de moins en moins courante . Merci pour votre accueil . Restez comme vous êtes , c est rare . A très bientôt

Notre séjour était parfait !

L’appartement est juste parfait, bien décorée, bien équipée, propre, spacieux et surtout bien situé. La terrasse est parfaite pour profiter du soleil, et le parking privé idéal. L’hôte était au petit soins, avec des gentils attention, disponible. Pas possible de faire mieux !
