Enjoy a stay in Le Baluchon, in southern Finistère.
Magical, typical and a few steps (140 m) from the most beautiful beaches of the bay of Concarneau, the thatched cottage is ideally located to allow you to fully enjoy a stay with family, friends and lovers!
DESCRIPTION:
Le Baluchon is a real green setting;
The 150 m² thatched cottage, located in the quiet and privileged area of Cabellou, will charm you with its wide open spaces and gardens (2000m² of land)
The first floor consists of:
- an entrance hall with storage space
- a double en-suite bedroom with access to the terrace, very comfortable when you want to avoid the stairs;
- a shower room and toilet
- the spacious living room with dining room and living room (magnificent wood fireplace)
- a large, bright kitchen
- The terrace and gardens will make you happy; The perfectly laid out land will delight flower lovers and will even allow you to take a short digestive walk:)
Upstairs, you will discover:
- The bathroom under the eaves
- 2 double bedrooms, one of which is very spacious
- 1 single bedroom
- 1 separate toilet
The accommodations are fully accessible to you
FUN FACT:
Previously a "nightclub", it should be noted that Le Baluchon is an institution from the 60s; And yes!
At the time (not so far away), the locals took advantage of a trip to the Cabellou district to dance in this nightclub.
Good memories and good vibes are still present^^

- Facing the Glénan archipelago, the house is located 140 meters from the ocean, close to the most beautiful beaches in the area (La belle Etoile, Trévignon, Pen Loc'h, feunteunodou, kerouini, Tahiti...), and lakes.
- There are many activities:
> For water sports enthusiasts, you have come to the right place: kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, diving, fishing... (the Kersidan nautical club is 5 minutes away)
> Walks in the forests, coastal, hiking, mountain biking...
> Cornouaille (17kms) and Odet (25kms) golf courses
> Picturesque walks on the fishing ports, in Pont aven for its art galleries, in the unmissable Ville Close of Concarneau...
>There are many markets, shops and restaurants nearby to discover local crafts and products.
> Museums (Pont Aven, fishing, contemporary art, etc.)
> There are many music and cultural festivals! (Interceltique de Lorient, Filets bleus, Vieilles Charrues, Bout du Monde...)
