Exactly as described, equidistant 15 minute walk to both beach or quaint old town/port. Nice shaded walk to town along Allee Jean Marie le Bris, an old railway cutting converted to pedestrian/ cyclist route. Beach was good but an even nicer soft white sand beach, well sheltered by the bay, was just 15 mins by car to Kerleven. House, in a very quiet cul de sac, was perfect, and nice and cool thanks to electric shutters on all windows.
Nothing not to like.
