Very comfortable house 'Waterfront' for 8 people.
Walled garden with no roads to cross to get to the beach
terrace with Weber barbecue, table and chairs.
Stay on the ground floor: dining room and lounge overlooking the archipelago of Glénans. Well equipped kitchen.
4 bedrooms on the 1st floor.
Room 1: parentale- double bed suite 160 cm with bathroom and toilet, large dressing room, basement and garage: sea view.
Bedroom 2: with adjoining bathroom (shower and sink) sea view. double bed of 140 cm.
Bedroom 3: double bed 140 cm .coté Garden - sink and shower with sea view.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds of 90. 1 washbasin. garden side.
1 toilet.
1 garage for storage with 1 toilet, 1 laundry washing machine, 1 washtub (fish and oysters), 1 shower.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêves. En réalité la maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos de l’annonce. Elle est hyper équipée et très fonctionnelle. Pour une famille avec 4 enfants c’était idéal. La localisation est fantastique entre deux plages dont une accessible à 1 minute à pied. Une douche dans chaque chambre et une suite parentale avec une grande baignoire font un standard top. Le jardin avec une vue sur les rochers tombant dans l’océan restera dans ma tête pour longtemps. La petite porte du jardin intime avec des vagues au fond surtout au moment d’un couché de soleil crée l’image d’un tableau impressionniste. La cuisine est super équipée avec les pots et poêles de taille adéquates pour 6 personnes. La pêche à pied devant la maison donnait beaucoup de joie aux enfants. Il y a pleins de décorations à l’intérieur d’un très bon goût artistique. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux, très disponibles et aidants , merci Brigitte et Jean François ! On a eu des vacances inoubliables !

Das Ehepaar Haupt hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt (mit Champagner). Das Haus ist in sehrgutem Zustand, die Aussicht der Wahnsinn, Restaurants und Supermarkt mit dem Auto 5min. Dafür Absolute Ruhe und nur das Rauschen des Meeres. Komplett eingerichtet, W LAN gut, tolles Geschirr übervollständig, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit üblichen Ferienhäusern nicht zu vergleichen.Absolut zu empfehlen.

Unser 3 wöchiger Urlaub mit insgesamt 8 Personen war wunderschön. Ein perfekter Ort für entspannte Gemeinsam-Zeit. Das Haus ist nicht zu groß für 3-4 Personen und bei voller Belegung mit 8 hat trotzdem jeder noch Raum für sich allein und seine Ruhe. Es ist einfach perfekt. Man merkt dem Haus an, dass die Eigentümer diesen Ort lieben und gerne selbst dort glückliche Zeit verbringen. Es ist voll ausgestattet, super gut in Schuss und viel schöner, als die z.T. veralteten Bilder(aus 2017?) und die Beschreibung der Ausstattung einladen zu denken. Die Betten sind gut, jeder Schlafraum hat sein eigenes Bad/Dusche und Waschbecken. Diese Sanitäreinrichtungen sind alle neu. Der Master Bedroom mit eigener Toilette, Bad und Ankleide ist wirklich groß und luxuriös. Wir haben das Haus mit Bettwäsche gebucht/ gemachten Betten. Das war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Wie alles andere, sehr geschmackvoll und schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Haus hat bei uns keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Es lässt sich auch bei voller Belegung sehr einfach sauber halten. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war zuverlässig, unproblematisch, prompt und freundlich. Da kann man wirklich gut Urlaub machen und Erholung finden. Danke, dass wir da sein durften.

Ambiance de vacances unique au bord de la mer.Esthetique intérieure remarquable,confort ,manger a 8 dehors ou dedans sans probleme,cuisine semi ouverte, chambres confortables avec douches plus une grande suite. Il y a toute la place que l'on souhaite pour l'activité de chacun.Cela deviendrait vite votre propre maison de vacances ! Nous avons découvert Concarneau tres beau ,le cabellou vaut une ballade, vue dont on ne se lasse pas . Coté pratique : a 8 minutes facilement ,supermarchés, pharmacie, boulangerie traditionnelle(ouverte de bonne heure) Nous remercions nos hotes pour leur attention réellement remarquable.

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Domizil verbringen. Familie Haupt hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. 4 tolle Schlafzimmer, eine prima ausgestattete Küche, ein großer Esstisch und ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich. Sehr praktisch, die Garage mit extra Dusche und WC. Unschlagbar die Lage direkt auf den Felsen, wir haben jeden Morgen aufs Neue über diesen Ausblick gestaunt. Concarneau mit der sehenswerten Altstadt und allem was man benötigt in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen !!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were very happy in this lovely house with that was furbished with all things you need to feel at home.The view from the bedrooms was marvelous, the little garden with its entrances to the sea impressed us and we loved to hear the ocean approaching. It was a very good place to share with friends because of its two bathrooms and spacious and lovely decorated living room. We would surely recommand this place to our friends .
