Very well presented and well supervised property, recently refurbished with new fittings and appliances. The owners have done an excellent job in organising the space into a functional and pleasant surroundings, with plenty of storage for clothes. The shower is excellent and when it gets hot, the flat we rented had windows on opposite sides of the building, allowing an essential through draft. This was crucial because we arrived in the June 2026 heatwave (the owners instantly provided a fan on request, which was a life saver).
The only complaint I had was the cutlery is very basic and barely adequate if you want to cook and eat in the flat. But that is a cosmetic that can change in a few hours.

Hyper bien situé, à 2 pas des rues commerçantes, du cinéma, parking gratuit à proximité immédiate. Tres calme, appartement parfaitement propre et très cosy. Très bonne literie. Informations fournies en amont par le propriétaire hyper claires.
Manque des volets, (chaleur +++ en periode de canicule. ) Pas de climatisation, mais, heureusement 1 Ventilateur .
