This lodge is perfect for a tranquil stay. It was immaculately clean and well organised. The beds are very comfortable and it is well equipped for catering. There is a small park fir the kids to let off steam too. Olga is delightful and very helpful with all aspects of the stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely chalet in complex of similar properties surrounding some small ponds close to the river seine. Very comfortable and well appointed with enclosed garden backing onto to water. Superb deck fir alfresco dining.

We enjoyed our stay in "La Datcha" very much. The house ist so pretty and everything is nice. The house was very clean and kept ready all the smal things that you tend to forget when going on a holiday (such as dish-washer tabs, oils and even detergent). The house looks exactly as on the photos. The surrounding area was beautiful, calm and secure and the neighbors were friendly. The contact with the landlord family was very nice and all our questions were answerd immediatley. We really enjoyed the meeting with JM and his daugther and you really get the feeling that it is very important for them that your stay is perfectly fine - which it was indeed. We highly recommend "La Datcha". Thanks again!

We had a good stay here . Very warm welcome from M Ferrapie who is very helpful. The chalet is excellent - very clean and very well equippped and it is very comfortable . We really enjoyed sitting on the decking and making use of the BBQ as well. There are local shops and restaurants in the local town Bray-sur- Seine . The area has nice things to visit and see.

This new chalet nearby Paris and Disneyland is situated on a very well maintained domain. It is very comfortable, and everything you need during your stay is there. Great garden, on a canal that leads to the Seine. There is a fence that will keep your children and pets inside the garden. We love the place and it is a place where you will go back for a holiday.

Sehr guter, netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Wir waren in Paris mit dem Zug. Euro Disney, Schloss Fontainebleau. Die kleinen Orte in der Umgebung bieten nicht sehr viel. Auch keine besonders gute, oder viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Haus selber und die Anlage sehr schön und ruhig. Für uns war der See zu trübe zum baden. Der Pool aber sehr gut.

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants Propietaires tres gentils et aux petits soins nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir choisi cette propriété. Endroit très agreable et calme pour se reposer. Le chalet est tres bien equipé et tres propre. C’etait parfait Merci Olga et Jean Marie.

Un grand merci à Olga pour l'accueil , sa gentillesse, et sa bienveillance. En un mot tout était PARFAIT. Une propreté impeccable , nous n'avons manqué de rien, la chambre avec vue sur le lac magnifique. C'est beau, c'est calme (en cette période) un repos qui nous a fait un grand bien. Nous recommandons sans hésitations!

Das ist ein wirklich sehr schönes, recht neues, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Haus, das bereits mit allen Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Essig, Öl, ...) ausgestattet ist. Neben der riesigen Terrasse und dem Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen war das zugehörige Ruderboot das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympatisch, freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen, gepflegten, abgeschlosenen Anlage mit eigenem (!) Badessee und kindergeeignetem Badestrand. Der ist so gut, dass der Pool gar nicht nötig wäre. In knapp 2km ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit allem was man braucht. Der perfekte Ort um nach einem anstrengenden Paris-Trip auszuspannen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer schönen Umgebung. Kontakt zum Vermieter lief auch super. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl in 2 Wochen Aufenthalt gefühlt, Auch die Anbindung an Paris und Umgebung war sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt, für den aber die Vermieter NICHTS konnten, war die Tatsache, dass auf der deutschen Seite von FeWo-direkt es keine Angabe zu Nebenkosten und Kaution gab. Aber das konnten wir mit den Vermietern problemlos lösen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! In der Zwischenzeit wurde das auch dort abgeändert, wie ich gesehen habe.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Charlet. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind fantastisch. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Vermieter Jean-Marie und Olga bereits vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig empfangen. Sie zeigten uns alle Räumlichkeiten, erklärten alle technischen Geräte wie z.B. Klimaanlage, Ofen, Fernseher, Küchengeräte und zeigten uns die Anlegestelle des privaten Bootes, das uns zur Verfügung stand. Damit kann man herrlich die gesamte Anlage auf dem großen See abfahren (unbedingt einplanen!). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief sowohl vor dem Urlaub, als auch während dessen hervorragend per Email. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Sie haben uns immer Ihre Hilfe angeboten. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen und wünschen allen Urlaubern dort einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt! Danke an Jean-Marie und Olga

Ein sehr friedlicher und paradiesischer Ort für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Paaren. Das Chalet ist sehr schön, sauber mit einem schönen Garten. Meine Familie und ich hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen im Chalet "La Datcha". Jean-Pierre, der Gastgeber ist ein sehr freundlicher und netter Mensch und immer hilfsbereit. Wir werden definitiv wieder wiederkommen!

The house is perfect. No room for improvements. Just a recommendation to provide object details (how it work with pool access, boot, etc.) as written information letter in the house. The contacts were very friendly. I can recommend the Parclick app for less parking costs in Paris. The traffic still stays hard (minimum 1h 30min).

La verdad es más bonita de lo que parece en anuncio cuando llegamos en el momento hemos alargado la estancia más Porque nos gustó mucho. Eso sí hay que ir preparado con algún repelente por la zona queso .y tiene todo lo necesario .Lo único en verano hay que poner aire acondicionado y de eso hemos hablado con el propietario y nos dijo que lo va poner .lo recomiendo nosotros vamos a repetir sin duda.hemos ido con niños y lo pasaron genial. El trato un 10

Un grand merci aux propriétaires Jean Marie et Olga qui sont très gentil, à l'écoute et qui nous ont fait passé un merveilleux séjour de jour de l'an. Le chalet est très confortable, très bien équipé pour passer de bons moments en famille, amis. Mention spéciale pour le calme qui y règne, le côté cosy du chalet et cette impression de nature qui nous font passer un agréable séjour. A recommander.

Das Haus ist Tip Top sauber! Sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter absolut unkompliziert. Alles sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist toll. Die Anlage sehr ruhig, wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen nächstes Jahr garantiert wieder.

Das Chalet verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer sind gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool, das Boot und den kleinen Strand. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sehr vorteilhaft für unseren Hund, außerdem lädt die große Veranda zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Wir genossen die private Atmosphäre. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Paris ist mit dem Zug problemlos in 1Std. zu erreichen (ab Bahnhof Longueville in 10 km Entfernung). Auch Disneyland liegt in guter Reichweite. Viele andere Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Een heel fijne huis, netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijk omheinde tuin, waar de hond lekker vrij los kan lopen. Rustig park met lekker strand. We hebben een topweek gehad!!!

Wij hebben in deze woning een week doorgebracht. Bij aankomst werden wij verwelkomd door vriendelijke eigenaren. Het weer was prima zodat wij op alle dagen 1 of 2 keer gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad. De woning was erg schoon en het terras/veranda was heerlijk om daar te ontbijten en te dineren. Verder is het volgende op te merken. Aangezien de woning van hout is incl. de vloer kan de woning bij het lopen in de woning een beetje meer geluid produceren en voor schudding zorgen. Als laatste kunnen wij wat extra kosten betreft het volgende opmerken. Bij het reserveren van de woning gingen wij ervan uit dat de kosten voor elektriciteit, water en dergelijke inbegrepen waren. Dit was op de homeawey site te lezen. Bij aankomst kregen wij echter geconfronteerd met meer kosten ( ruim 60 euro) voor water, elektriciteit en dergelijke. Gelet op taalbarierre en onduidelijkheid hieromtrent hebben wij deze meer kosten betaald maar niet graag. Wij vinden dat homeawey hierin te kort is geschoten als wij de eigenaren moeten geloven wat zij ons hebben verteld. Zij hadden over een andere site dan homeawey waar hun woning te huur aangeboden werd/wordt. Wij vinden dat homeawey ons wat extra kosten betreft een verklaring verschuldigd is. Wij hopen dat zij hieraan gehoor willen geven en contact met ons opnemen.

Cadre très agréable, très calme dans un chalet de charme d'une grande qualité et bien équipé et très propre ! un tres beau jardin donnant sur une petite rivière ! les oiseaux vous reveillent le matin : très agréable ! Ideal pour des sejours au calme et même en famille ! Des proporietaires trsè acceuillant et pas loin de Paris ! Très bel endroit !
