Tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Qualità prezzo adeguata. Lo consiglio.

La posizione dei loft favorevole vicini al centro di La Spezia ed alla stazione ferroviaria. Gli appartamenti abbastanza comodi con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno sebbene nel nostro mancavano alcuni utensili necessari come lo scolapasta.

Purtroppo nei loft alcuni utensili erano approssimativi e alcune padelle sporche. La pulizia dei loft in generale era appena sufficiente abbiamo trovato qualche insetto. I bagni invece molto puliti. Abbiamo sofferto il freddo, nonostante siamo stati lì la prima settimana di ottobre (e non in inverno) perché il condizionatore non funzionava bene. Con i condizionatori accesi c'era troppa differenza di temperatura tra un piano e l'altro, sopra troppo caldo sotto freddo. La cosa più negativa sono state le scale che erano troppo ripide, pertanto per salire e scendere ai piani superiori, dove erano le camere da letto, bisognava fare moltissima attenzione.

Casa pulita e ben fornita. La stazione del treno raggiungibile anche a piedi, altrimenti la corriera passa ogni 10-20 min; l'ho trovata molto comoda per i vari spostamenti.

Das Apartment erfüllt seinen Zweck. Besonders gut fand ich die Möglichkeit 24/7 einzuchecken.

Parkplätze sind nicht so einfach zu finden. Es kam uns vor das der Geruch seltsam war im Appartement, aber natürlich können wir uns auch irren. Vlt noch etwas mehr Geschirr wäre super.

L'appartamento è abbastanza grande e accogliente. Il bagno molto grande. La posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere la stazione a piedi in 15 minuti. Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che mancava l'asciugacapelli e sono stati super tempestivi nel procurarcene uno. Caterina super disponibile.

Il letto non era un matrimoniale ma due singoli uniti. Un tantino scomodo per una coppia. La richiesta di buttare la spazzatura prima di lasciare l'appartamento l'abbiamo trovata un tantino strana visto che, comprese nell'importo totale del soggiorno, c'erano le spese di pulizia. A parte questo ci siamo trovati bene.

Lugar tranquilo privado é muito limpo

Appartamento super perfetto, sono tranquillo, riservato come nelle foto, consiglio vivamente la posizione super tranquilla, il parcheggio è facile da trovare, lo consiglio a tutti, 10 su 10 per questo appartamento.

Apartment was nice and clean, easy to find and close to the central station.

Things like dishwash liquid or detergent wasn’t there. I suggest to keep these as it’s convenient when someone is renting for 3 days and doesn’t have to buy big bottles of detergent just to clean few utensils

Séjour très agréable dans un loft tout neuf et très mignon.

Nous avons trouvé un loft très propre, très bien équipé et totalement rénové ! Tout est joli et fonctionnel ! L’accès à la clé dans le petit coffre s’est bien passé car l’hôte nous avait envoyé toutes les informations nécessaires.

Le seul bémol est que le loft est à environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare… Mais c’est difficilement modifiable 😉

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Dista 15 min a piedi dalla stazione dei treni per chi volesse andare a visitare le Cinque Terre. Lo consiglio, c'è tutto quello che serve.

Un po' complicato trovare parcheggio nella zona, però girando un po' per le vie si trova con pazienza.

Sabiamos que el dormitorio estaba en planta alta y el baño en la PB, asi que fue un tema que aceptamos al reservar, pero luego se echa en falta. El otro problema es que se escucha mucho el ruido de los vecinos del apartamento superior.

se quel tipo di appartamento era nel secondo piano, sarebbe stata fantastico.

l'apartmento era veramente bello e confortevole. avevamo tutte le cose necessari. e' luminoso perchè ce sono 2 grandi finestre. Il frigo è funzionante e ce la chiave per tutti i tipi di pattumi (differenziati) . Ce anche il supermercato PENNY e panificio vicino. La fermata dell'autobus è vicino e il bus va direttamente in centro, passando anche la stazione dei treni centrale per cui per andare ai 5 terre, era molto comodo. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con il parcheggio. Era gratis e si trova sempre un posto. E' un posto tranquillo e silenzioso. Insomma, era un soggiorno quasi perfetto.

mettere un istruzione come funziona il fornello. Abbiamo provato di tutto ma non siamo riuscita ad accendere. Per noi, non era un problema perché, beviamo e mangiamo freddo in questi giorni. Ho rotto la plastica che copre i fili del interruttore della luce cercando come si accendeva il fornello. Il proprietario dell'appartamento era gentile, ha comunicato che non era un problema in quanto non era un danno.

Niente di positivo, esperienza davvero pessima.

Fidandomi delle recensioni ho scelto questo appartamento per il nostro gruppo composto da 6 persone. Fondamentali nella scelta sono stati il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la possibilità di self check-in. La nostra vacanza prevedeva due giorni alle Cinque Terre con pernottamento a La Spezia. Dopo una giornata passata in giro per le Cinque Terre siamo rientrati a La Spezia verso sera inoltrata per prendere possesso dell’appartamento. Una volta entrati nell’appartamento, questi era in condizioni pietose, sporchissimo (palesemente non erano state eseguite le dovute pulizie e l’appartamento era nelle condizioni lasciate dai precedenti ospiti). Abbiamo provato a contattare lo staff ma inutilmente, nessuno è risultato reperibile, ci siamo trovati in una situazione spiacevole e non è stato possibile contattare nessuno nell’immediato. Visto il tardo orario e l’impossibilità di trovare un’altra sistemazione abbiamo dovuto abbandonare La Spezia e abbandonare la vacanza pianificata. Abbiamo perso un giorno di vacanza con annessi soldi delle “Cinque Terre Card” (avevamo scelto l’opzione 2 giorni che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare). L’indomani lo Staff ci ha risposto via WhatsApp scusandosi per l’accaduto, ci hanno tenuto a precisare che la donna delle pulizie aveva avuto un brutto incidente e che ci avrebbero rimborsato l’intero alloggio (il minimo vista la situazione). Tutte le comunicazioni sono state gestite via WhatsApp non è stato possibile contattarli telefonicamente e parlarci a voce di persona, solo messaggi via WhatsApp. Un'esperienza che non augurerei neanche al mio peggior nemico!

Kjekk leilighet i La Spezia

Flott og romslig leilighet med det meste en trenger. Alt i alt en flott opplevelse å bo her. Hotellet ba først om å få bilder av passene på mail, noe jeg var veldig skeptisk til. Vi fikk derfor til en avtale om å møte en av vertene på plassen da vi ankom og heller la de se passene der. Meget hyggelig og imøtekommende dame som ga oss tips om hva La Spezia kunne by på så det var et pluss.
